Hi everyone, so we came to Plaza Bonita to hang out and maybe have a coffee. I saw this new restaurant called Tajima Ramen and said, “Let’s give it a review.” I immediately wanted the veggie Ramen because I have in mind what’s really good.

For being a ramen joint in the mall it was really not that bad. I really recommend if it’s your first time to go to actual locations not located in the mall. That atmosphere of course is in the mall so it’s going to be loud, But the service is quick and the food was pretty decent.

Ramen was delicious especially since I did take out. The wait wasn’t too bad since I went during a week day at lunch time. Would recommend ordering online for pick up since most reviews complain about taking too long. But its pretty good for southbay and not having to drive up north for some decent Ramen.

Food is great. Only someone had the bright idea of servicing Uber Eats out of this small mall restaurant with the capacity to service the mall, not the entire city, and on a Saturday evening. What were you thinking? Profits apparently with no regard to the quality of service. I waited an hour for 2 Ramens and in that hour I saw several people walk away talking about the wait. Tajima, it’s a mall restaurant with a small kitchen. It’s not for servicing the mall and the entire south bay. I’m sorry but you lost me as a regular customer also. One hour for 2 Ramens? Not smart Tajima.

service sucks at this location. they said it will be a 20 min wait and it became 30, then 40 and 50. until i got my 2 bowls of ramen. not coming back here anymore
