Visited the other day on my own. Was surprised the restaurant wasn’t busier to be honest because the food was amazing. Food was truly authentic and delicious. I got the lunch special and service was great. I highly recommend.

Went for lunch and ordered their platters. Very generous portions and quite tasty. Their service was great and courteous. Prices very reasonable considering their prime location.

After a long time I am satisfied after visiting an Indian restaurant. We ordered fried calamari, paneer tikka masala, palak chaat, papri chaat, mango lassi, samosa. Everything was good but the calamari is 100/10.

Great atmosphere and energy! The staff is very personable and shared their recommendations. I’m excited to try lamb korma!

Update! – The lamb korma (green) was AMAZING, savory seasoning with a little kick! The other dish was chicken curry. It was good, traditional but not as spicy. Lastly, the dessert (single photo) is rice kheer. It was lightly sweet like yogurt but the texture was more grainy. Good just a new texture for me, think cream of wheat.

Overall, good food & service. Food was made to order and service was thoughtful. I recommend giving it a try!

Went on the day after Thanksgiving with a friend for lunch. The restaurant was empty for the most part. Ordered butter chicken and okra. The food was good. However, the service wasn’t the greatest because the server was quite rigid and rude. That made the overall experience quite unpleasant. Won’t go there again.

I’m an out of towner who stubbles upon this gem while shopping! Lovely atmosphere and the food is heavenly. My sister and I had the goat vindaloo and shrimp curry with garlic and cheese naan. Just the right amount of spicy and pares great with their “passion of taj” cocktail

Ordered vegetable somosa, garlic naan, lamb vindaloo, mango chutney and a Kingfisher – the waitress insisted on accepting order without writing it down and got the order wrong… there were only two other guests at the restaurant.
Sad to say, the vindaloo was so bland I had to ask the waitress (a different one) if she was sure this was indeed a vindaloo as it had very little taste and no heat. She did kindly offer to have the kitchen add more spice, which I declined as I didn’t want to wait around. The vegetable somosa was encased a hard dough shell (too thick), but the condiments (sauces) were very good. I – and some other guest – had to actively ask the staff for a second beer (the staff were busy chit-chatting with each other), which I finally received right before receiving the check. Not impressive at all.
