Best Indian food in Redding IMO. We order take out from here at least once a month, its a home run every time. Most often we get Butter chicken, chicken/ lamb korma, garlic nann and samosas. Its delicious every time. We love this place!!

Nice Indian restaurant with great service and decent food.
Food wasn’t anything exceptional, with the butter chicken tasting like tomato sauce and the naan being pretty soggy. The chicken tikka masala was very good. The samosas were lackluster so I wouldn’t recommend those.
Prices are higher than I expected with entrees being over $20 so I won’t be coming back just for that reason.

Good Indian restaurant in Redding. Nice ambiance, ample parking lots, clean restroom, staff / owner very kind. My family liked the food, was cooked as per instructions. Good quantity for the price and best part was packing. They have packed the food in appropriate containers not using any plastic containers for got food. Overall very good place.

Pretty good I got the butter chicken and the tiki masala both taste similar and the meat didn’t taste slow cooked (it was still hard) . Naan was not cooked all the way but still okay eventhough it was overly oily .

Food is good, but for $22 butter chicken – wish the proportion of chicken was more than the rice. Just too much rice and not enough butter chicken. Ty.

If you’re seeking for Indian food, this is one of the worst places to go. Chicken biryani, tandoori prawns, chicken curry, and keema roti were on my menu. It looks like sambar rice since the chicken biryani was sautéed with prepared chicken sauce. Raw and fried prawns were served. Raw lamb was put into keema roti. Fish pakora, dal, and rice are the best options. The lady behind the counter was never friendly and had a bad attitude. She continues asking when you may leave before you’ve finished your meal.

If you love Indian food or Nepalese food, don’t come here. Worst food and worst customer service. A frozen packed food found in Indian grocery shop taste better then what they served. Don’t waste your time and money. Half cooked papad n tasteless lamb curry.

Lovely location, just before driving to Mt. Shasta. We had vegetarian food, and it was lovely.

Large portion sizes and taste is good. The servers are also friendly.

No frills. Atmosphere can be a bit more lit and also less stuffy, maybe needs more customers and full blown aircon or air to circulate perhaps.

Overall, it was a good place and definitely worth considering to take a break while on the move.

The food was fantastic and the waitress was very friendly- we may have arrived right as they opened and that is to say she didn’t notice we had entered. Once we were seated, though, she was fantastic.
The fish tank needs to be cleaned, like deep cleaned. Other than that, the ambiance was fine.

Have always loved this place, it is hands down the best Indian food in town. Was just told that June 30th is their last day, they’re moving on to other ventures. You should go during this last month, the butter chicken and garlic Naan are amazing and the people are great. Don’t let their last month go by without saying goodbye and getting some great food.
