Taj Indian & Greek Restaurant in Dothan is a hidden gem! The place was very clean, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our waitress was super friendly and really knowledgeable about the menu — even though she’s only been there a few months, she made great recommendations.
We tried a few dishes:
• The butter chicken was very flavorful. We did a 7/10 spice level — just the right kick.
• The tikka masala was rich and comforting, with a wonderful blend of spices.
• The tandoori chicken was perfectly cooked: juicy, not dried out, and had a great smoky spice flavor.
• And the naan bread — wow — it was fantastic and went so well with everything.
Everything tasted authentic and well-prepared. I highly recommend the buffet — planning on coming back just for that next time. All in all, a wonderful dining experience.

5 stars all around one of the best atmospheres a great server and also wonderful food. We got the chicken and mixed vegetable masala an extra cheese naan and the gulab juman. The only complaint I have about the whole meal is the spice level I went a 9 but after eating it I would say for a spice person like myself it is mild. So I will ask for a 10 next time and see how that is in comparison. Would definitely return again.

The service was absolutely phenomenal, the atmosphere was incredible, and the mix of different food items that are available makes it the perfect destination for anyone even with picky eaters. I love the concept of having Indian cuisine, Greek cuisine, and other cuisines all in one location. This is the best restaurant I have ever personally been to. It is worth a visit! The costs are also phenomenal.

Hello folks, this place is as good as it is confusing. The food was outstanding. If you like Indian/Greek food, come here! However, the strange part is that there is a bunch of Mexican food and American food on the menu. You will see amazing Indian/Greek food and then Mexican food like tacos and enchiladas followed by cheese burgers. My suggestion is for them to concentrate on Indian/greek period. People don’t go to a Indian restaurant wanting Mexican. I’m sure it’s good also but it should not be there. The price was good and you will be full. Only negative is food should come with naan bread. You have to order it separately, but there are many different kinds and they were good! Highly recommended. Update…just go…this place is awesome..the prople are great and will explain the foid and a bit of history about it…definitely a favorite place..never ever had a bad meal or experience.

The menu is so big with all different cuisines. It does make it hard to decide what to get. From there, you’re choosing between Mexican Thai and Greek.
They ordered a skillet with lamb but it didn’t come with anything like bread or tortillas. You had to order that as an extra which is odd. If you were to order fajitas it would come with something. So overall that item was very dry. The atmosphere is cool. It took about 15 minutes to get our drinks which we’re so so. Way too sweet.
Overall not a bad place but I’m not sure that I would be hurrying back.

We love this place, normally catch it for lunch, but we decided to go for dinner tonight. always fresh lots of choices, beautiful atmosphere, great service. I’m so glad it’s in Dothan. If you haven’t tried it, you should!
