Customer service was HORRIBLE. Cashier had a nasty attitude and so did the manager! when i asked for a refund because the ice cream was watery and practically melted the manager was trying to convince me to get the ice cream. AND they were out of açaí and froyo & i had went just for the froyo! & instead of telling us this when we first walked in she waited until i ordered. First time trying and never going back! Also very overpriced! AND On top of that, my friend got a boba matcha float and the matcha was gross and clumpy & my friend took one sip and threw it away! for that we could’ve went to walmart and got better ice cream than that! Save yourself some time and money & try some place else.

Came in to buy kiddos some treats. Options looked good and selection was decent. We were the only ones there and kids needed a minute to decide what they wanted. Store associate seemed like she really didn’t want to be there and definitely made it obvious. We ended up just leaving since the associate couldn’t be bothered and we didn’t feel like wasting our business at that point.

The açaí yogurt is a must on a hot beach day. It was refreshing, delicious, and perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Loved the charm of the small little looking hut, too!

The ice cream was mostly melted when I got it. The fish tastes like regular pancake mix and wasn’t cooked all the way so eating it I got a mix of the pancake batter and the match filling. Was a very disappointing match flavor. Also very over priced for what I got $15 for this. Not sure how they stay open.

The Taro one was between a real taro ice cream and a artificial flavored ice cream.
The mango one lacked much more flavor and the waffle fish tasted like the waffles they give you in the cheapest hotels, the matcha (stuffing) was very bad.
The service was good, a little confusing since they didn’t have certain flavors and they didn’t explain which ones they had available, but the girl was very friendly.
The place is very clean and beautiful.

This shop was a perfect find on our beach trip! First time trying taiyaki and it’s amazing. The waffle-like texture and little bit of crisp is so good with froyo. We had the taro blossom and charcoal.. both unique and delicious!
