Very good food! Noodles were great for a quick and wholesome lunch. I thought the broth could have used more flavor, but the pork buns were perfect! I couldn’t even take a picture before digging into it. The location felt a little sketchy, but it was great to have a parking lot next to the place and the inside of the restaurant was nice.

Took my mom here to try. We ordered a lot of appetizers and they were all a bit underwhelming. The most disappointing one was the fried fish because it had no flavor. The main courses we got were beef noodle soup, house noodle soup and a spicy fish noodle. All three were delicious with really good soup broths. Taiwan is known for the appetizers so I hope they can improve in them. Will return for lunch if we ever want a really good noodle dish.

Stop by during a road trip, the dishes were very tasty and the selections are a lot. The server is very attentive. Also you can park in the lot on the side instead parking on the street.

An unsuspecting little spot located in the heart of Albany. I loved the vibes of Taiwan noodle. You can tell everything is made fresh in house like their dumplings and thick wheat noodles. The star of the show for me was definitely their noodle soups. We ordered the stewed beef chuck noodle soup and spicy diced chicken. For dim sum, had to go with a classic shrimp shumai which actually had small shrimps in them and the size of the shumai itself was impressive. Looking forward to going back and trying new items.

First let’s get on the same page about what Taiwan Noodle is not. It is not a fancy, trendy spot. There is no bar, no alcohol. It’s not fancy and it’s not trying to be fancy. But Taiwan Noodle most definitely does not need to try to be anything that it’s not. Because it is PURE DELICIOUSNESS.

On our way to our destination we stopped at Taiwan Noodle for dinner. We started with the scallion pancakes, shrimp shumai, and fried tofu and mushroom. The scallion pancakes were crisp and not oily; our daughter loved eating it. The shrimp shumai came in hot and steamed; the largest shumai we have seen, a dim sum treat. The chef’s favorite fried tofu and mushrooms were perfect in the sauce; shittake and cloud ear mushrooms were meaty delight.
