You walk in and feel like it’s cafeteria style with a menu as wide as Cheesecake Factory. I felt like I was going to give 4 stars but the noodles were chewy and not soggy, the pho broth was hot and tasty. And there was good quality tendon in there. Gotta give credit where credit’s due. Especially not a lot of restaurants open til 10:00 pm.

One Pad Thai is seriously enough food to about 6 meals. Very good value for the amount of food you get! Who needs to meal prep after going here? Not you! It was super warm and delicious. My hubby got General Pso’s chicken and that was super good too. We will be back.

The two photos are before eating and after I was STUFFED (you can’t tell I even ate!) and let me tell you, I eat.

Based on internet reviews I expected good portions of sushi and good quality. Looking at their menu it seemed that they did quite a number of interesting things and I looked forward to returning. No longer. I ordered a California roll with the addition of shrimp on top. When I got home I discovered there was no shrimp on top of the California roll. The portion was not at all large. It was the same number of pieces I would expect but half the diameter. There was a small, emphasize small, piece of avocado and what must have been crab. It was filled almost entirely with cucumber and that’s all you tasted. Even with ginger and wasabi you only tasted cucumber. I got an order of their Thai salad rolls which have the shrimp in a clear rice wrap. Aside from the shrimp there was enough sliver of chicken that all you tasted was chicken because literally the entire piece was filled with shredded iceberg lettuce. Pricing was fairly inexpensive simply because they didn’t give you anything that cost them money. It is seldom that I am so disappointed and it is incredibly rare that I do any reviews unless I’m trying to highlight places that do it right. Since what I expected based on my internet search was so opposite what I found in the way of food quality I felt it my responsibility to share my experience.

So I’m a big eater and I made a big dense menu already. That’s what I have left. If the menu seems intimidating, ask they’ll let you know what you want and will not turn you wrong.

We had an amazing dining experience at Tai’s Restaurant! The Singapore Noodle dish was a standout – loaded with a generous amount of juicy chicken, succulent shrimp, and perfectly cooked egg.

But the real showstopper was the Shrimp Salt and Pepper. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor – it was absolute perfection!

The portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and the service was top-notch. We can’t wait to come back and try more of Tai’s delicious offerings!

We had Pho, Tai’s Roll, Chicken Lo Mein, and Coconut Shrimp. All were delicious. The Pho and Lo Mein were definitely worth their cost, providing a 2nd meal. The Coconut Shrimp was a good portion. The Vietnamese iced coffee was good. I would come back to try other items.

Prompt service, fairly clean interior and nice staffing. Let’s talk about Tai’s Bistro.

Flavorful and quantity-packed Asian food that makes anyone’s Asian grandmother proud. I went on a weekday evening to try the well-known salt & pepper pork chops (marinated starched pork, green peppers, jalapeno, garlic, onions, $15). It rose to the occasion and was very juicy and crispy on the surface. I paired it with a cucumber and seaweed salad (with crab stick, $8). Delicious flavor and undoubtedly fresh as well.

I’m not sure where all the 5-star reviews are coming from. We tried three things–a yellowtail and scallion sushi roll, beef pho, and cashew chicken–and none of the dishes were great. Generally they didn’t have much flavor. There was nothing wrong with any of the three– in fact, they look pretty good in the photos–but they weren’t that enjoyable to eat. Then there are the menus with no prices. You have to ask the cost for everything if you want to know. The beef pho with flank steak was $14.99 the day we visited, but the worker said the prices change frequently. And for that fairly high price, you pick up your food at the counter and then bus your own dishes. There were a lot of people working, and they were helpful. So I bumped the stars to 3 for service. We would not go back to eat there again, and we wish our $38 for dinner had been spent elsewhere on more satisfying food.

Okay, this is a hidden gem! The food was authentic and reminded me of Chinese street food. Nothing was oily or over sauces. Everything tasted FRESH and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my order ( I added and subtracted from the original dish). They were very friendly. Funky atmosphere- good vibes. I’m in. Can’t wait to go back and try the Pho.

All I can say is wow. We randomly stopped by passing through on a trip and the amount of food for the price is insane. This will feed me for several days and price is about standard around where I live normally. Food was delicious. The beef skewers were outstanding. My husband got the beef mushroom dish and I got the red curry w/ chicken. The red curry was not the best I’ve ever had but better than many I would say I prefer the onions cooked more and that the sauce have more of the coconut milk sweetness but can’t be too picky at this price point. The milk tea w/rainbow jellies is my normal go to drink and that was also good.
