This was not good enough my husband went in and told them he wanted a breakfast burrito the amount was less then enough the quesito’s were burnt and they dared to give my husband it. They were hard as stone. The burrito was gross wet not toasted at all I tried to toast it gross. I can’t believe it. Last time to Florida and it was good. I came and it wasn’t bad. That was just horrible I will not be going to this Taínos ever again. I’ll drive 45 minutes for the other one. What a horrible experience

Went in looking forward to the sandwich de croqueta and ended up waiting 15 mins in the line when there was only one person ahead of us ordering. We ordered a ham and cheese empanada which the lady said would have to be fried in the moment since they didn’t have any in the display case so we were happy that we would be getting a hot and fresh empanada. We also ordered two hot chocolates and a French toast breakfast. The sandwich de croqueta that I was looking forward to was not available so I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and three croquetas on the side. They gave me the three croquetas when I initially ordered. We saw a lot of people coming in and the line started to become long. People also came in to pick up their online orders and there were only two at that point. We received our hot chocolate after 20 mins of waiting. As we continued waiting for our food we saw another two names pop up in the online pick up orders and they were being prioritized despite us being there in person and having waited 40 mins at that point. When we finally received our food after waiting for over an hour it was lukewarm and our hot chocolates were lukewarm at this point as well. The French toast breakfast we ordered was soggy, the bacon and eggs were good but the onion had to be cooked more. Since I had been given the three croquetas when I first ordered by the time I got my lukewarm sandwich the croquetas were cold. We were really looking forward to having a hot breakfast this chilly morning and what we ended up getting was cold food and people getting their online orders before us when they had ordered way after us.

The worst Taino I been to I came here a month ago for the first time both my sandwich’s were so soggy they put too much mayo on both and one didn’t have bacon. I spoke to the manager and she said I could come back another day for two free same sandwich’s. I went today and the lady tells me that manager isn’t there anymore made me pay for 1 sandwich like she didn’t believe me. I got my sandwiches after waiting almost 30 min and they were both made wrong no bacon on both. She said the cooks were both new and I explained that’s exactly what happen to me last time. I shouldn’t have paid anything then she just didn’t charge me after for my oj I asked for at the end. Never going to this tainos again. They take forever and don’t believe they’re customers
