I was recommended to visit and check out the pastry area and WOW. A great assortment. Everything is so beautifully presented and fair priced! Everything we got taste amazing as well. Our cashier was kind and informative, she knew all her pastries well which is great when dealing with an allergy and we will definitely be coming back again to try some of their meal items.

The food was good, but my experience was very unpleasant. While I was eating, I found a hair in my food. When I brought it to the front, the employee didn’t greet me or apologize—she simply stared at me until I spoke. After I explained the issue, she grabbed the plate and started speaking in Spanish without acknowledging me or explaining what was happening.
A new dish was made, but she never addressed me directly or apologized. She only started communicating when she noticed my friend spoke Spanish, and then spoke only to him instead of me. I found that very disrespectful, especially since I was the one who paid for the meal and brought the issue to their attention.
I will be contacting the Department of Health and Safety to make sure everything at this location is up to proper standards.

I got a cheese pastry here and it had mold on it. It was kinda hard too. I ended up eating half of it before I even noticed the mold. I tried calling the store and no one answers the phone. I’m completely grossed out.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese yesterday which took 15 minutes for 1 sandwich and this is what they give me. Not only is the egg burnt there’s nothing on this sandwich at all. I also ordered it toasted and was very soft. Seeing these reviews and responses they are not a bit of concerned yet making changes nor improvement. Also just went and waited 20mins for 1 empanada at 3pm when they close at 6pm and it wasn’t busy maybe they were just doing what they wanted back there not only did I order a pizza empanada when I arrived home and bit it was chicken I don’t even eat chicken. Again no sympathy no care in the world I will not be returning I’m very disappointed and I hope you guys can speak to your staff and kitchen person cause clearly my order isn’t the only one you guys are messing up.

First time trying out the bakery in the middle of a busy work day. I came in around 3pm and the place was easy to navigate. Very clean facility. I don’t like having to order form a screen over speaking with a person. Hence 4 stars. I got 4 empanadas 2-chicken & 2- beef,
I also ordered a steak sandwich for sharing and 2 iced coffees. The coffee was fine for a mid day pick me up.
The sandwich was good and the beef empanadas were more flavorful than the chicken! Didn’t have to wait very long and enjoyed the Bakery.

Excelling experience, good food, and very quick. I love the morning creams. The lady that is the morning manager, she is amazing. Everything clean. And the person making all the coffees and putting all the creams together needed a big applause. Kley, She did excellent job with a smile on her face, coordination of putting all the coffees together and all the creams for everybody, happy smile and quick service a lot of people in there and everything excellent. Taínos management keep happy your the good people, cause Good employees are hard to find.

Biggest frustration about this place is not having an appetite big enough to try every one of the deserts in one sitting. But the one I did have, was excellent. Had passed it several times and finally, today was the day. Was not disappointed. The service was efficient and friendly, and the desert case chocked full of strikingly well prepared desserts. Wash down whatever you get with a Cafe Con Leche and you’ll shuffle back to your car in a happy glycemic glow.

Great coffee I had a coffee that was half coffee half milk I forgot the Spanish name for it I also was very clean food was good but unfortunately didn’t listen to what I asked when I said Sunny side up they gave me a different type of eggs In fact my other son that was with me they didn’t listen to him either he wanted sunny side up they gave them over easy medium we told them we didn’t want any type of powder on our pancakes and they gave us a white sugar on the pancakes that we did not request they ask us questions about different vegetables did we want with our fried eggs because it appeared like it was on the register or software they were using so she was just repeating it we had to go get our meal which was fine atmosphere was good if you’re looking to save money it’s a good place to go. Could do a little improvement on the food.

I’ve eaten at this location as well as several of the others before and the food is decent. I can’t complain about the taste. This location seems the be a problem child. I’ve never had a problem with any of the other stores.
My issue this time is with the kitchen staff. I stopped in for a to-go order. The place was not even remotely packed so being busy or in a hurry was not a factor. When I got home, I opened my meal to find my order was missing the side item. I called in to let them know. During the call, we could hear the person who answered questioning the staff about the issue. Now here is the best part. The staff sounded irritated and dismissive. As if they were being bothered. Even the person who answered the phone commented on their tone. I was asked to come back and get the side. I’m already out a side, so their solution is to waste my time and gas to rectify their screw up. That is not how proper customer service is done. A partial refund, an offer of credit on the next meal, or god knows anything else should have been mentioned. Not just “come and get it”. Especially when a complete lack of care or courtesy is being shown by the ones responsible. I understand mistakes happen but this was not the first time or even the second time this has happened at this location. The food is expensive and we decided to treat ourselves today. After this type of screw up happening so many times, this ends. I will not be returning.
I’m sure the owners will respond with some generic hallow response. What they need to concentrate on instead is finding a solution to an obvious problem. One time, it’s an accident. Multiple times, its a broken system. Fix it.
