Had a great experience purchasing retail items. New item on shelves that was not presently in pos system for purchase. Wanted to purchase a family gift, but was not able given the new item not being in inventory. The general manager Eric was kind, understanding, and helpful. He made sure I was able to walk away with the gift for my family despite the inventory issue. The restaurant food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful though the service and care Eric provided were above and beyond. Very thankful for Eric’s help, support, and attention.

Tailwind was great! The food was fresh and delicious and I would visit again when in the area. I wanted a bread substitute and the cook came out to ensure my order was correct.

For such a small airport, I feel lucky to have any sort of bar and restaurant at RST. I have only had breakfast there, but everything I have had was a very good offering for the time allowed. I would say the service has not always been as attentive as I would expect, especially when a bartender was camped at the end of the bar engaged in their phone. Recently, I have had very good service from a new girl, Sovann. I never saw her standing around or leaning. She always seemed to be looking for something else to do in between helping customers at the counter. Definitely a step in the right direction and I hope she becomes the rule rather than the exception for service there. Keep up the good work. RST is my airport of choice whenever possible.

I hate flying, and I like airports even less. But my last trip to Vegas was made much more bearable thanks to 2 beautiful ladies. I believe one is Savan & the other is Marion? If I have to suffer eating airport food, at least they make it worthwhile. They were very friendly, the service was exceptionally fast; usually good food doesn’t come fast or with friendly service, but they nailed it all with a triple whammy. Please keep these girls on. And considering the recent world events, a raise or bonus should definitely be in order. Thank you all ❤️

Sovann & Marion made my morning! After a week at the Mayo Clinic with a friend I was at the airport at 5am, groggy & hungry. Marion made the most delicious bacon, egg & avocado sandwich and got me the hot coffee I needed. Both women were extraordinarily chipper and friendly and made me feel like we were friends. It was lovely to have such positive friendly folks providing needed sustenance at 5:30am. Thank you Sovann & Marion. I’ll be back my next visit to Rochester!

I am a frequent. flyer have been to numerous places and have been flying in to this airport for business a lot.the service used to not be so great .however lately it has improved.Souvann and Marian are topnotch.Their customer service is super and they are always willing to ask me if there is anything else they can do for me.Give them a pat on the back or a thank you gift card. I truly appreciate them and look forward to always seeing them

Airports are usually some of the coldest hospitality environments but but Sovann and Marian have been quite warm and accommodating. The Chorizo Tot Bowl was very good as well. Thanks again, ladies!

My husband ordered me a hot chai latte that turned out ice cold. The two people who were working today (the afternoon of 1/29/26) then offered to microwave the chai to make it hot. The cup says in large letters on the side “Do not microwave.” They microwaved it anyway.
I asked if they’re not capable of making a hot drink with hot water, and they said they don’t know how. They said they would “try.” They remade the drink from scratch, and it was cold the second time too.
On the flip side, my husband’s basic, standard coffee was so hot that it burned his mouth and the coffee itself was burnt.

I travel monthly and I want to give credit where it’s due. Sovann and marian are amazing they really make a difference. When flying for bussiness can be stressful they give a sense of comfort that you just don’t get everywhere. I’m very happy to see the place has changed in the past I was not impressed. But those two made my day. See you next month.
