The fish is absolutely excellent!! We had the fish and chips and blackend fish tacos, and the fish of the day was ono!! My favorite! I accidentally ordered the fish tacos with the mango salsa! I’m allergic to mango! They were super gracious for my mistake and brought new tacos with out the mango!! Kristen said the salsa was amazing!! The atmosphere laid back casual, and it’s BYOB. Will definitely be back for a poke bowl and a fish sandwich!!

Great atmosphere, beautiful quaint restaurant. So happy to have this on my way home. Food was ONO!!! Flavors were so creative!!! We had the fish tacos with Mahi Mahi coconut crusted we also had the Captain plate with blackened ahi. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu 🙂

Great new place for fresh fish meals. Been here twice now and great on second time too. Indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking in back. Lots of Poke choices, salads and sandwiches. Ordered the Miso Bowl with Tako and Ahi. big portion for $25. Wonderful combo on the plate. Partner had Kraken Salad the smoked Tako was the bomb. One of the best Octo’s we’ve had. Definitely kicks up the neighborhood food options up several notches. Not cheap eats but so Ono.

My fiancé and I enjoyed Tails Up Maui for the first time. We had lunch including the blackened opakapaka fish sandwich, fish tacos and the soup of the day. It was a wonderful experience! Chef brain has a gift at making great food. Tails Up Maui also sells fresh fish right off the local boats. If you are on Maui do yourself a favor and check them out! We will be back

Fresh fish cooked to perfection. The day we went it was swordfish and it was by far the best I’ve ever had. Had to order an extra taco at the end because it was so good. Service went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. 11/10
