Fun place even if you’re not a dog owner. Great vibe with live music, good food and plenty of space inside and out. Service was great, very welcoming staff and customers. Food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. We’ll be back. Our 5 month old pup had a great time too, all the dogs were well behaved and everyone treated her well. She left tired, which is always good!

Don’t sleep on the food! The atmosphere is amazing! Super friendly staff, cold beer and dogs running around….what else could you ask for?? However, we just had lunch there and I was blown away! My sandwich was amazing! I got a sneak peak of a Reuben that may make it’s way on the menu and it was honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. My wife’s salad was very solid also. Super fresh and plenty of food. The prices are extremely fair and the food quality exceeded expectations. My new favorite place in Kerrville!!

Stopped in for lunch after reading reviews. Food was on point. Each of us had something different and all loved their choice. Flatbread, gyro, and BLT were all fresh and tasty. Had some cocktails and enjoyed the dogs in the patio area. Paisley was helpful with our food selection and stopped and had a visit . She is charming. Highly recommended checking it out. Casual and original.

Tail Chasers is hands down one of our favorite local spots! Great food, cold drinks, a fun, laid‑back atmosphere—and they’re dog friendly, so even our fur children are always welcome. The owners and staff are incredible people who make every visit feel like home. We go weekly, and our whole family absolutely loves it!

And yesterday was next‑level amazing: they hosted a Flood Relief Benefit fundraiser—with live music, a community concert vibe, and a full drive for toiletries, necessities, and more. Thanks to everyone’s support, they raised thousands of dollars and collected tons of essential items for local flood victims. It’s inspiring to see small business owners like them stepping up in a big way. Tail Chasers is a true gem!

I have a rescue dog who’s been working on his social skills after some time away from other dogs. I wanted a place where he could feel comfortable around people and, most importantly, other dogs.

Today was our first time at Kerrville Pub, and it couldn’t have gone better. While he was a little nervous at first, the kindness of the staff and even the customers made such a difference. Everyone was so welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. I also love that they offer mocktails being pregnant, it’s hard to find good non-alcoholic options! I ordered chips and salsa to start and a veggie sandwich for my meal, and both were absolutely delicious.

It’s such a great spot for both humans and dogs, and we will definitely be coming back!

What a pleasant surprise this unique Pub is! Enjoy a beverage with your friends while your furry baby socializes with theirs! Participated during a Hill Country Rescue adoption event, great social atmosphere for the puppies as well.

This was a really interesting place to visit. We went to the grand reopening with our dog. The new location is just lovely, with three mature oaks in the back to provide shade and ambiance. What a nice little area to eat! But if you get food outside, be prepared to be visited by loose dogs! There were several dogs running around when we arrived. Our dog had an okay time, he mostly hid under the table though while we had dinner (he is a bit shy when in a new place with strangers around). The price for the amount of food we got was excellent. We ordered the barcuterie and nacho cheese. The barcuterie board is shaped like a dog paw and it was so cute. I’ll definitely come here again.

This relaxing hidden jem is amazing. The fenced in dog park in the back is so peaceful and fun. Water bowls and toys a plenty. The human food is amazing also!!! The roast beef with garlic aoli is so well balanced and full of flavor. I would have a pic, but I ate it. (Sorry)
Highly highly recommend.

This is our favorite family friendly place to bring our pups in Kerrville. They have so many great options for food and drinks! The live music sets the vibe. We have to spell Tailchasers in our house because our pups get excited every time we even mention the place

Very cute place that’s pet friendly. Drinks and food were good. Service was great and the people in the place were very nice. Only downfall was much bigger dogs running around with no parents/owners to be seen.
