Tail-Gators is happy to announce our second location in St. Lucie West. Established in 2014, our family-friendly bar & grill serves up American fare with a laid back atmosphere. Our menu ranges from wings, burgers and salads to seafood and steak dinners with a large majority of our menu items and sauces made in-house daily. Our dining room has 25 flat screens so you’ll never miss a game. We pride ourselves on delivering delicious food, cold drinks and service that makes you feel like family.

Had no issues when we first got in, went to the bathroom. Toilet seats literally falling off the handicap bathroom, the other stall you have to wrestle the door shut and the seat is almost as loose as the other. I did for get to mention the smell like a urinal that hasn’t been cleaned in months. Ordered surf and turf. With salad and mashed taters. Steak is okay steak is $12.00 quality and had flavor. Shrimp small and had flavor total meal quality price $17.00 max. Salad had old lettuce that was browning. Told waitress she was doing great but the salads were bad. She asked to replace them and I simply said if it’s the same lettuce then no thank you. About 15 mins later comes back with two salads. Was told they were from new bags. New bags or not they were all ordered in the same case bc the quality was the same. Check come out for $68. and some change. No discount offered nothing. I feel that half the price of that meal should go to the waitress bc she did better then the food ever could. Food sucked and I still left the waitress a $10.00 tip. If they discounted the food I would have gave that money to her. I don’t recommend this place for food. They have a big bar and tvs with sports on would be great for that and the sweet tea was good.

The saving grace were the giant mozzarella sticks and a charity bingo event that we stumbled on. The burgers are not good. The service was ok, but nothing to write home about. Mainly a one and done type of restaurant.

I was staying at the hotel nearby for several days and was able to come here throughout my stay. Great sports bar and definitely not as busy as it should be. Bartenders were friendly and helpful. Food was great for the price. I did have a few issues but nothing bad enough to comment on. If in the area again, I would definitely come back. Great people!!!!

Went today to have lunch with my husband. I ordered half rack with side salad and green beans. Meal was very good. My husband ordered fried shrimp dinner, side salad and French fries. When his meal arrived it wasn’t fried shrimp but grilled shrimp which was supposed to be with rice she said came automatically. His side of French fries “are in the fryer”. Turned out the grill shrimp was good. Finished what meal we got. Never saw the French fries.
When I told the wait person that we never got his French fries. She said I know I’m still waiting for them. Excuse was were are very short staffed. That is not our problem I told her. If we wanted anything off she couldn’t do it. We would have to call. Nice. They screw up and customer has to pay for it. Lack of our food and service.
Needless to say we won’t be going back.

Unfortunately, this place is not what it used to be. The restaurant was dead on a Friday night, which honestly should have been the first red flag.
We clearly told our server three times that we did not want onions or pickles on our burgers. She even repeated the order back to us twice — yet the burgers still came out with onions and pickles.
The gator bites, which used to be amazing, were absolutely disgusting this time. There’s no way those were real gator bites — not even close.
What made the experience worse was the lack of service recovery. The server didn’t acknowledge that we didn’t eat either item and simply dropped the bill on the tablet. When we brought it up, her response was basically, “Maybe the chef messed up,” with no apology, no offer to fix the issue, and no attempt to remove the items from the bill.
We asked to speak to a manager and waited 30 minutes, but no one ever showed up. At the end the bartender came over and removed both items from bill. Overall, extremely disappointing experience. Will not be returning

We enjoy trying new places while we are traveling and had decent hopes for a good lunch. The fried pickles were great until we got to the bottom of the basket. About a 1/4 inch of grease was on the bottom, making the bottom chips inedible. I got a butterfinger martini which was delicious. The mac and cheese burger had no flavor. The kids cheeseburger bites were super tough. I got the garlic parm fries, which also were soggy and too greasy. The staff was great, resturant clean, but I don’t recommend the food.

Service was slow took over 15 minutes before taking our order. There were 3 waitresses on the floor and maybe 7 tables sat. Food took about 20 minutes.
Our waitress was nice though as I spilled my drink she got me a new one but no one offered to clean anything so I had to go in the bathroom and grab some paper towel from there.
Food was delicious especially bayou fries.
The drinks were ok.. the category 4 was pretty much straight pineapple juice.

Great place. Waitress was good. Manager walked around to follow up with how our meal was and gave us a half off coupon for our next visit. Quick table pickup when done with appetizers. Drinks filled before empty. A good variety on the menu. French onion soup was ok just a little salty tasting.
