We recently went here for a birthday party with a group of nine, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Since we had a reservation, we were seated quickly, which was great.

We ordered a variety of dishes, including thai chicken wings, wonton soup, spring rolls, pad Thai chicken, street-style noodles, jasmine rice, chicken fried rice, and several drinks. Everything tasted amazing. To our surprise, the food was Indian-level spicy. The staff asked whether we wanted it hot or spicy, and when they said “Indian spicy,” we said yes and they absolutely delivered. Every dish was flavorful and delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. We had such a lovely time. The restaurant was kind enough to give us a separate section since our kids were running around, which made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.The place has a fun vibe and even a great photo booth, which added to the overall experience

Atmosphere is such a fun vibe, especially love the little photo opp area. Service was good and the food was amazing. We had the starters of fried dumplings – 10/10, Thai lettuce wraps – 10/10 ( loved the peanut sauce with it ) and the Thai hot fries 9/10. Entrees were Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken and Thai Ginger with chicken, both were 10/10 and they were very accommodating with omitting some ingredients due to an allergy and dislike. We also had a drink from the bar, the Bangkok Ginger, that was both was yummy and strong. Food was all very fresh and good portion sizes. Over all great place and already can’t wait to go back.

We got a variety of dishes all of which were really tasty. I got a spicy pineapple fried rice which was a bit of a mistake. They DID NOT hold back on the pepper which made it hard to enjoy, but otherwise the rice was really nice once it cooled down. Also got the Thai lettuce wrap as an appetizer and liked the peanut sauce so much we asked for more to have with the meal. The drinks were also really nice, got one of the dessert cocktails and a mango sticky rice shot. Neither were very strong, but nice and sweet.

The interior is also pretty cute, there’s a photo spot in the corner. The restaurant is nearby a lively area which was lit up at night.

Tai Me Up is easily one of my favorite dinner spots in Phoenixville. The space is beautiful, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the menu has amazing options for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets.

We got the Mango Monsoon cocktail, the Pink Dragon mocktail, the golden tofu appetizer, Gang Pak, and the whole branzino in curry, which was beautifully presented and delicious. We were too full for dessert but I’m already planning to come back to try the mango sticky rice:)

Highly recommend !!!!

This review is actually about the non-alcoholic DRINKS! I mean, is the interior design unique, gorgeous, and cozy? Yes. Did the service feel welcoming & attentive even on a Friday night? Also yes. Was my Spicy Pad Thai (pictured) possibly the best I’ve EVER had and plated beautifully? Still a yes. But let’s talk about how our entire table was blown away by our DRINKS! I’m talking: Coconut-lime spritz (pictured), lemon-lime spritz, Thai tea- all literally worth a return trip themselves!! They were SO MUCH MORE WELL-CRAFTED than they had any business being, or reason to be, it was wild. We took another round of drinks with us when we were finished. 10/10 experience. We feel like fools for having slept on Thai Me Up this whole time.

The atmosphere is good. I think they were short of stuff on Saturday. That was fine. My Friends ordered pad tai and they loved it..mine was the Pineapple fried rice. It was good but it was not surprisingly amazing. If it was not so salty, it would be better.

Ive tried many pad thai’s before, this is a solid contender for one of the best I’ve had. Their drunken noodles weren’t bad either although not in my top.

Spice level, if you have a high tolerance for spice I would still recommend medium at max. They got the authentic spice levels

We weren’t able to order cocktails on Friday night because there wasn’t a bartender. Granted it was somewhat early? (7-8pm) but still weird

We had to wait a little longer than usual to receive our checks when we were done eating. They were quite busy.

I would love to come back try out what else they have in the menu. Still think they could’ve name it Thai me up instead of Tai but I might be missing some history there!

BY FAR the best Thai food in Phoenixville and probably the entire state. No matter what my husband and I get, it’s always good and super fresh. I love all their curries but you really can’t go wrong with what you order here. The name has changed a few times throughout the years, but the food is always great every time!

Was wanting to try Tai Me Up for months and I finally did! So happy to say they did not disappoint. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food came out quick and was absolutely DELICIOUS. Definitely recommend the duck tacos, chicken curry dip, and drunken noodles. Will definitely be back!

The food was actually really good, but the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. We walked in and no one was at the host stand. Eventually a young host came over. He seemed annoyed and uninterested, asked if we had a reservation. I said no, then he said “um that should be fine” before seating us and walking away without another word.

Our server showed up a while later, not dressed professionally and clearly not well-trained. The Thai lettuce wraps came out fairly quickly via a food runner, but the host who sat us cleared the plate and took my only fork. When our entrées arrived, no one came to check on us..not once. The server never came back to the table at all. Instead, the staff were standing at the end of the bar or disappearing into the back, scrolling on their phone and sipping a drink. The restaurant wasn’t even busy – just a few tables including ours.

When we finished, the server finally walked by, dropped the check without stopping, said “thanks, have a good night” mid-stride, and kept walking. It was incredibly dismissive.

The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because the food tasted great. But service matters, and this experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning and do not recommend this restaurant. Maybe try takeout if you’re going to order from here.
