First time in the area, picking up a load. Ordered through DoorDash, got delivered at the expected time. The pork dumplings were a good appetizer. It’s best to eat it hot. I don’t know if I was just hungry or it was truly that delicious . I inhaled that Tonkotsu Ramen bowl and couldn’t even drive after that. And then the Passionfruit Smoothie to wash it down, so heavenly. ♂️ If I’m ever in that part of town again, I’m definitely ordering from them again.

This is a nice spot for a quick meal. They do ramen, rice dishes, sushi burritos, hot tea, milk tea, and boba tea. They also have kiosks you can order from, which I like because then you can see the item options in the screen before you choose them. I like the taro zhang tea.

It isn’t very loud in there even with many people! The decorations are amazing and make you not only want to buy food, but snack and charms too! The food is delicious if you order the right things. The variety is the best part! You only have to pay extra for protein which is the best about it! You can add as many ingredients as you want for free with many options! I got a rice bowl and my friend ordered soup! She said the chicken was tender! Just the atmosphere alone makes me always want to dine in!

I’m sorry but the bubble tea here is not it. I’ve tried to give it multiple chances but every milk tea tastes watered down. And when I was there yesterday, my milk tea tasted fruity because the shaker they used wasn’t washed out enough from the previous order. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but everything else about this place is so cute and nice. And the fruit teas are good just please improve the milk bubble teas! Thank you!

Terrible customer service. I was acknowledged by at least four employees and was not greeted until I stuck my head over the counter and said hello. The food is extremely overpriced and prepared by individual who are more concerned with chatting amongst themselves than taking care of customers. The quality of the food is good, but the service that came along with it completely ruined it for me. Definitely will not be returning and would not recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely love this place. Everything we’ve ordered has been delicious. The people who worked there were nice. The restroom was big and clean. There were some games for us when we waited. The food took a longer wait. Both experiences were great!

The drink I ordered tasted stale or spoiled. We were out of the parking lot already so didn’t feel it worth it to go back for a refund. We ordered the taro milk tea drink with passion fruit balls. The passion fruit balls tasted weird. We ordered a lot of Boba in our life, being from Chicago, so I’m a little disappointed in what vestal has to offer. In any case, the place is clean and the staff was fine. I like that they have little kiosks to order from. If the quality improves in the future, I’ll change my rating.
