Ordered the french dip sliders thinking it would be a short wait, 35 minutes later my food arrived, 3 slider rolls with shredded beef & kettle chips. The food was good, Restaurant was not busy, not sure why it took a cook 35 minutes to cut 3 rolls, add beef & chips. Worse thing was that I received my receipt for $20.57 & they charged my credit card over $23.00 without my approval.

Ugh, what a disappointing experience. Used to always stop here coming back from trips. This isn’t the first time with the bartender here. Went to the tap house 3/20/25 @ 6-7pm. I literally never complain about service workers. They deserve the world, but she’s genuinely rude and condescending. Was serving like 4 people max too. Relax. Wild Garlic next door was delicious!

Only a 5 main entrees on the menu, 2 out of the 5 where out. Out of change in the cash register. I ordered flatbread it was okay. Didn’t have crushed red peppers for pizza? Just felt mediocre at every turn.

Ok beer options, 20oz draft for $12 at an airport isn’t bad. The service here sucks, wait until after your order to tip, and then tip in cash. I upgrade to a salad for $3, and got 6 pieces of lettuce and 2 tomato slices. My friend didn’t even get his food, until he reminded the staff. I guess they forgot to pass the ticket to the kitchen staff. I say, skip the food here all together and just have a beer if anything.

I recently visited the Draft House at the airport, and my experience with the bartender was extremely frustrating. I ordered a Bees Knees cocktail, which was advertised on the promo sign right outside the restaurant. To my surprise, the bartender claimed they didn’t offer that drink. When I pointed out that Gunpowder Gin (a key ingredient) was sitting on the shelf behind her, she insisted they didn’t carry it.

After finally finding the bottle and the recipe (despite the Bees Knees being a simple and well-known cocktail), her attitude shifted, and she became visibly irritated with me for insisting on what was clearly advertised.

This level of unprofessionalism, lack of product knowledge, and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. A restaurant that advertises cocktails should at least have bartenders who know their own menu and how to make basic drinks without frustration. Very disappointed!

Airport brews, can’t go too wrong! Really quick and like a $10 brew is like everything around so nothing to complain about. Good service and right next to my gate! Has some screens inside to monitor flights too.

Fast, efficient service of tasty beers on tap. The bartender was a good conversationalist and shared a ready laugh and offered helpful tasting suggestions.
We didn’t try the food, but the plates that passed us by certainly looked appealing–and the dining room was busy!
Don’t skip this one, and make sure to ask about the brew pots behind the bar!
