If you’re looking for a quick and convenient spot to grab food and drinks while you’re on vacation, this is the place to go. The service is fast and prompt, which is perfect if you’re in a hurry. While they do not accept cash, the coffee, snacks, fresh food, and alcoholic drinks are definitely worth resort prices. The coffee is amazing with the perfect amount of strength and flavor, and you’ll be glad to know that they offer free refills. The bagels are also incredibly delicious and full of flavor. Overall, we absolutely loved this spot and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a quick and satisfying bite.

just want to shout out Lira for amazing service: welcomed us warmly, offered to answer any questions about the menu, offered us an extra bowl to make it easier to split the salad we bought between two of us. Appreciated the thought and care that went into it.

This evening (May 26) I purchased a bottle of orange juice for my four-year-old child at this cafe, only to find that it had expired three weeks ago (May 2nd). When I sought to address this issue with the store manager, I was dismissed and given only a staff member’s personal phone number. Such a grave lapse in quality control is unacceptable for an establishment of this caliber. I am deeply disappointed and concerned by this incident.

Ignore the other guy who suggests coming here while on vacation. There’s a local grocery store around the corner with all the snacks you could want. In no world should TWO waters cost 12$ or a small cup of cereal 6$–it’s an inconvenience store. Service is excellent.

This is a convenient store-like facilities offering food, beverage, and dessert take out. You can either order via extension with room telephone, call with your own mobile or order online (however, I failed to place the order online today, probably due to some IT issue).
The food is good with reasonable price compared with other two restaurants inside the Hyatt Regency, but don’t expect it as some very special, uniqur cuisines. The beef within burger was juicy (I ordered medium well), and the lime-based sauce of the salad just balance the greasy taste of hamburger and fries. The salmon is extraordinarily well grilled. The risotto was not as good as that I have in Italy, but the taste was quite balanced with light lemon flavor as well as a creamy taste.

Butter croissant and jalapeño bagel was good! My white chocolate latte had a burnt taste to it, but other people I was with enjoyed their drinks. It’s fine if you want something convenient from the Hyatt

Drip Coffee was very terrible quality and at $5 a coffee and Hyatt brand, could be a lot better. Even offering Starbucks generic coffee would be 10x better.
Please do better.

The food looks really good but hard as a rock when you get it. Got me twice.

$70 for a dozen of bagels – insanity. Stay away.
