Maggie offered the best customer service and food our family of four (two teens) could have asked for!
The burgers were juicy and delicious with fresh fixin’s. The fries were crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Everything was served hot off the grill! Except for the ice cream chocolate shake, which was apparently so tasty, my son offered none of it to me. 😉

Super super slow service (like a sloth)! Burger had no flavor and cold. I think it sat there for a while. Food came out 1 item at a time and there was no one there when we ordered and it took them 5 min to come over to take our order and 15 to 20+ min to make it. The people that came after us got 1/2 their food 1st. Very disappointing after a long drive up the mountain.

It would have been 5 stars, but I feel they are overpriced. But eith that being said, I didn’t mind paying it in the end because everything we ordered was SO DELICIOUS. I got a cheeseburger and my husband got the Tahoe Burger. They were perfection. Seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly, and fresh toppings. The fries were amazing as well. Crisp and fluffy. And we got a strawberry milkshake as well and it was so thick, creamy, and full of real strawberries. These were perfect burgers and we were really impressed by their food. Service and price we weren’t crazy about though.
