Just like my Son informed me, Tag’s meat is fresh and very good tasting. I bought pork tenderloin and had it thin cut by the butcher. The best thin cut ribeye and sirloins. Due to my health, I should eat special cuts of meat and 3 ounces to 6 ounces. Tag’s Butcher agrees to accommodate my needs! Very good! This is a Meat market.

Stopped by Tag’s to get some veal cutlets. I wound up getting some freshly made hot sausage and ground eat, too. This is my go-to place for the veal I use to make Paneed Meat/Breaded Veal Cutlets. I LOVE it that they will run it through their meat tenderizer. The staff is always so friendly and the meats so fresh! It’s been a minute since we have eaten in the deli, but their Deli Specials/Butcher Boys are what my husband calls ‘Heaven in a white paper bag’! Definitely recommend Tag’s.
