I gotta say, TacoVore is probably the best taco place ive been to in Oregon. The image shows the Carnitas, Fish, and Carnivor tacos.

I really love the fact that you can order individual tacos and really get a full assortment of different flavor profiles. Want 4, 5, 6 tacos? Or maybe just 1 or 2, well at TacoVore, you can! And that’s what is really great about it.

When I ordered my tacos, I ordered, not from what I preferred. But from what sounded exciting and bold. I’m so glad I did. Each bite was bursting with freshness and flavor. Savory, sweet, and spice. All perfectly balanced out with the meats, veggies and sauces.

This spot is one I will absolutely come back to again and again, and… you should also! Give them a shot, you won’t regret it.

Yet another great place to have fantastic taco in Corvallis. You order individual tacos from the friendly staff, decent selection of beers (I had a nice Pilsner) and drinks with it and have a fun evening. Easy to park, good open floor plan, quick service and delicious food. We will be back!

I always look forward into popping in here! I found this place and was planning on sticking with a salad until I was made aware that nearly the entire menu is gluten free! Now, this is my go-to everyone I’m in the area. Their menu is set in a way that you can try so many different t things. Customer service is ALWAYS excellent and I can’t recommend this place enough!

Had lunch there. They have a great menu. Most tacos were $5. Had 1 shrimp and 1 carnitas. Delicious they have a selection of margaritas or other cocktails, wine and beer. The tacos were more gourmet not just run of the mill. Loved the smoky salsa with the chips. Sat on the patio. Nice atmosphere and the waiter was very friendly.

Fresh, local and delicious one of the best places to get tacos in the area. Expect to pay around $6 per taco but definitely worth it! They’re stuffed full of great ingredients that two tacos is very satisfying. The strawberry lemonade is just the right amount of sweetness and the loaded fries are a top tier appetizer.

Got my order to go (first time) today and had the shrimp, birria, & asada w/ chips & salsa. Everything was delicious. I tried every salsa and liked the cup that came with the chips best. My only “negative” is that everything is definitely on the PNW spice scale. Habanero is mild and it’s their hottest salsa. Glad I live close cause I’m coming back.

Had to sit outside in February as they didn’t have room for our party. But we made the best of it.. I have no idea why they are so popular though. I got two regular tacos at $5 each. They were the size of the dollar tacos at Taco Bell and tasted worse. The bill was close to $50 and I’m still hungry. Very disappointing. But the service was decent.

Great food and atmosphere – but a little overpriced, my child-sized drink special for $14 was tasty, but not worth the cost.

our local chain, exclusive to Oregon. They have 3 locations; Eugene, Portland and Corvallis.

As the name suggests Tacos Galore…
They do have other items as well. This place gets packed. Looks like its a popular spot with the locals. By the time we left there were no empty seats in the house. The venue is a good size and there is plenty of parking. There is also a decent outdoor dining area in the back. The staff is friendly and helpful, they may get overwhelmed a bit at times, they never brought out the requested extra chips, we had to get it ourselves.

#Tacos:
~ Seafood Taco – 4.5/5
This thing was stuffed with Scallops and Mango pieces. No complaints from me. Scallops were lightly fried…hence the description; “Tempura Bay Scallops” Loaded, Crunchy and Savory. good stuff.

~ Carnivore Taco (Bacon-Cheeseburger) 3.5/5
This sounded better on paper. Looks like it was missing some Beef…lol. They definitely skimped on the Beef on this one. I couldn’t even taste the Bacon. It was OK. The Fried Pickled Cucumber stood out the most…lol

~ OLD E. – 3.5/5
I thought I ordered the “OLD E.” Whatever I got didn’t exactly match the description. Where is the Hard Shell?! Not to mention they skimped on the meat on this one. Flavor was decent tho…

I’ve been here before, and I thought the Tacos were a bit on on the pricey side. The prices have only gone up since then…like everywhere else. Food Inflation is ridiculous.

Overall 3.5 *** rounded up to 4****

TACOVORE — Flavor Heaven, Start to Finish

Hands down one of the best taco spots I’ve ever hit. The service? Impeccable. Our waiter was friendly, fast, and knew the menu like it was their playlist on repeat — top-tier hospitality.

Now let’s talk about the food — because WOW.
The tempura fish taco was crispy, airy, golden magic. That batter? Flawless. The fish? Melt-in-your-mouth tender. Then came the carne asada—juicy, smoky, and seasoned to perfection. Every bite had me rethinking all my past taco decisions.

And don’t even get me started on the house margarita — perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too tart. Just smooth, refreshing, and a little dangerous in the best way.

To top it all off, the watermelon-pineapple agua fresca was a dream. Light, juicy, and ridiculously refreshing — like sunshine in a glass.

Tacovore, you understood the assignment. And then some.
