Just left this spot and I really enjoyed it. The food was very tasteful, and the cool little truck inside as the counter was an awesome touch. Plenty of different options for any taste you desire, and they can also make some of the dishes vegan/plant based. Would definitely be back and recommend if you’re in the mood for a taco night!

I found this place because of a happy little accident. I was across the street doing some record shopping. (you should also check out Vinyl Addiction if you’re in the area and you’re into Vinyl). I went in and got their four taco special so I got two and two (2 chicken and 2 steak) There is a seating area it’s small but cozy and while I was waiting for my food, they brought me some chips and some pretty fire salsa Roja, which I wasn’t expecting. Then the tacos came out yeah fresh tasty, simple. onion, cilantro, and perfectly cooked meat in a tortilla. It is amazing how something so simple can be so good and so hard to get right. I left there pretty full and can’t wait to go back and try some of their other stuff. Also service was great. The woman behind the counter kept checking on me and I was the only person in there. It was kinda nice. (I’m big on a welcoming atmosphere at the places I patronize, call me a Gen Xer.

The staff were kind to us. Very accommodating and professional. The food was average tex-mex. We were a group of 6 Mexicans and chose a variety of plates, birria, tacos de lengua, quesadilla, tacos dorados. We all felt it was tex-mex. They didnt have salsa picante or chiles to offer instead. I think if youre used to Tex-mex this is fine but if youre looking for real sabor de mexico, this isn’t it.

Guys, I just stumbled upon the most amazing taco spot that’s an absolute hidden gem! At first glance, it appears to be your typical fast food taco joint, but once inside, I was completely blown away. The interior has this awesome vibe that makes you feel like you’re inside an actual taco truck. I kicked things off with the nachos – it was a massive portion, perfect for sharing, and incredibly delicious! Plus, they served it on authentic Mexican plates, which added a really cool touch. And then, the tacos… oh my goodness, the al pastor and steak tacos were absolutely phenomenal! And let me not forget about dessert – the coconut dessert was simply to die for! You’ve got to try this place out! The only downside is that there’s no private parking, but it’s totally worth finding street parking for this experience.

Tacotruck Taqueria is a wonderful Mexican restaurant with a very friendly staff and an extensive menu. As a vegetarian, I appreciated that the chef accommodated my request and prepared a custom Vegetarian Quesadilla with veggies, mushrooms, beans, and cheese, which was delicious and generously portioned. I also sampled their Guacamole with chips. While it tasted slightly different from other Mexican guacamole I’ve had, it was still good. The $14.95 price may seem a bit high, but I was very satisfied with my dinner. I definitely plan to return with my family.

If you plan to dine in, be aware that seating is limited, and they do not have Wi-Fi or child high chairs, which is understandable. Parking is street-side and paid, and the area gets busy in the evening, so you may need to spend some time finding a spot. Additionally, they charge a small percentage extra for credit card payments.

This place opened up not so long ago in my town and I was so happy that my family and I decided to stop by for lunch. The small restaurant is incredibly cute and creatively decorated. Not only is the food AMAZING but so is the staff (shoutout to our wonderful and attentive waitress Glory!) I got two chicken empanadas (only one is shown in the pictures), which they were having a deal on at $2 per empanada, what a steal. As soon as I bit into it flavors exploded in my mouth. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy, layered with this green spicy sauce they give you with free chips and dips, it was amazing. My mom and aunt shared a Birria quesadilla which was pretty big and was able to be cut in half to share. The meat inside was very flavorful and really brought the dish together. My friend got the steak tocos which comes 4 for $14 (there are other meat choices to choose from) She thoroughly enjoyed them! Overall the place was fantastic and for everything we got plus drinks it all amounted to about $54 however, the price ranges based what you get. You could spend as low as $10 and still enjoy a good lunch or dinner. Highly recommend!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered cemita de milanesa and got chicken on portguese roll. The photos were incorrect. Cemita comes in a sesame seed bun. Definitely not a cemita and they should not advertise as one. The ingredients were also incorrect online. Will never come again.

It’s never easy to leave a negative review, particularly for a new establishment, but after spending nearly $70 on 3 orders of tacos (takeout) and being left disappointed, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience.

There were some positives—the consomé for the birria was quite good. However, the tacos themselves were a letdown as they fell apart, making them difficult to enjoy.

The most disappointing aspect was the quesadilla. I’ve visited hundreds of Mexican restaurants and food trucks, and I’ve never encountered anything like it. The attached photo speaks for itself.

I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and makes the needed improvements, as there is clear potential for greatness.

Holy moley. Some of the best tacos and food in general I have had in quite some time. The tortillas were fresh, the meat was so well seasoned. Had a mango shake and it was so good too.

Was craving tacos, found this spot and decided to give it a try. SO happy we did. I am a huge fan of the Birria tacos and these DID NOT disappoint. Delicious and flavorful. We took the order to go and the food was nicely stored, no messes. Steak tacos were good. We also got an order of the chorizo tacos, they were alright, but would have liked a little more flavor in them. Safe to say we have a new Taco spot, will definitely be coming back.
