It’s not the most boujee spot in town, but damn is the food good. You walk in and it’s so obviously authentic and family-owned and you know they care about their food.

Lovely small mom and pop restaurant. I came because I’m always in search of a good Elote. They did not disappoint. I’m not eating meat right now so the waitress suggested sopas. Three corn tortillas topped with refried beans, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Everything was delicious and the service was great. The restroom was clean and the prices are affordable. My meal before tip was $14+ which included my coconut drink. I would definitely come back if in the area again!

Wow!! I live in Arizona for 3 years, and California for 12. And never have I ever had al pastor tacos that came close to the quality of tacos here! The balance of flavor compounds could not have been more perfect.. Amazing place!

This is the BEST Mexican food in all of York & Hanover. I’ve been eating here for over 10 years and the food is still as good as the first day I ate here back in 2006. There are no other better chilaquiles in the world. The salsa verde is superb. The cecina melts in your mouth & the egg & beans with it are so good together. It is my favorite meal on the menu. The torta al pastor is also a favorite. The one I got yesterday was ENORMOUS! It was SO delicious and I shared it with my husband and daughter and still had a quarter left which is still the size of a full sandwich! The sopes adobada are also fresh and so yummy. The masa is the perfect thickness and is crispy on the bottom and flavorful unlike others I’ve had. The adobada & al pastor meats are always perfectly seasoned and I’m hungry again now writing this review! If you haven’t tried it here you should. I like getting it to go just because it is a small space inside for dining. We have eaten inside a few times and had great service, but just personally prefer it to go. They also have a store beside the restaurant stocked with fresh bread (pan), veggies, fruit, meats and many Mexican staples. I will continue to make the +45 minute drive here because it is totally worth it every time and I am never disappointed! Go try it now!

It feels like home, every time I visit, the staff is so welcoming. I come here as often as a I can, even when it’s an hour away from home. Good atmosphere with great music. I won’t lie, the space is small, for just the restaurant part of it, but it’s not too bad.
The quality of the food and prices are the best, I’m on a quest to try everything on the menu because why not?
This isn’t your average tacos, they usually are great at meeting expectation and reality of your meal. No way you can go wrong with Mexican cuisines, they have a great variety on food options, and some items on the menu are available only certain days, making the wait better to look forward to.

Delicious, authentic Mexican food. I went here with my boyfriend for lunch and was so happy to find authentic Mexican food relatively close to our house and for good prices. We tried the nachos, quesadilla, and burrito and everything was great but I’m definitely gonna come back and try the rest of the menu.

This is one of those little tiny gems hidden in Hanover if you love tacos or even Mexican food at all this is an incredible spot it’s very tiny but well worth the journey I drive all the way from York just to get tacos here it is absolutely one of the best places I’ve eaten in a long time and highly recommended the dining room is a bit small but that’s what’s to be expected of a great carryout Mexican drinks on site as well as incredible Mexican dishes!
