Food truck area, first one we saw. We arrived and we were greeted warmly. Wonderful people who gave wonderful service. They told us they had a table in the back with shade to sit in. Ordered the barcabacoa tacos and burrito, along with an horchata and a piña colada. Great meat, flavorful food. For 31 dollars for everything, this was a very affordable option, and even got leftovers. Green salsa is spicier, served with roasted jalapeños as well. Spice haven.

We’ve lived in Las Acequias for about a year and drove by every day. We finally decided to try it for breakfast and I can’t believe I lived for a whole year without these tortas in my life!
Part of my hesitation is that I don’t speak Spanish and don’t always carry cash but my fears were misplaced. They accept card and, like many places in Santa Fe, are fluently bilingual.

So glad I saw this food truck on my way out of town. Not many places you can find breakfast tacos. The food was all made fresh to order. Tortillas fresh and hand made. The gentleman who took my order and prepared the food was as nice as can be. I will definitely be stopping here anytime I’m in town.

I had only tried the agua fresca from here before and it was so good (mango) but today I decided to stop by for a breakfast burrito and I can’t stop raving about it. So inexpensive and huge! Not dry at all and very tasty. Can’t wait to go back and try a torta.

This food truck is a great find. The prices are affordable, and the food was very good full of flavor and clearly made with care. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re nearby.

My fiancé loves getting tacos here every time he’s in Santa Fe. He brought me and I was obsessed. The food is incredible (tacos are delicious but also don’t overlook the tortas and other yummy stuff on the menu!!). The customer service is top tier too. The man who runs the truck is so kind.
