Food truck in the middle of nowhere that delivers quantity and quality. Super friendly crew and locals stream through constantly. Not sure the running SUV with music was necessary but they did turn it down as more folks arrived. Great stop for a bit while charging at the Tesla Supercharger.

It’s a great place to stop by! Better than subway for sure! We got the Asada Quesadilla, big enough for two people. And for what we paid for it’s was a great deal.

Food Is Fire! Birria soupa and lengua tacos are 100% legit! This a true gem and a great find.
The cooking is authentic and the lengua is some of the best I have ever had. Properly, seasoned and cooked to tender perfection….
Birria Soupa was spicy, with deep flavorful broth and tender beef… tortillas warm on the side.
Nice place to sit outside as well. The service was excellent and the lady and son are polite, very nice and just good people….
Come and give it a shot for some real good food and a great price!
