Tacos Y Hotdogs Sonora brings the true flavor of Sonora, Mexico to life. If I’m not mistaken, the owner is originally from Ciudad Obregón, which happens to be where my family is from as well—so having a slice of home like this means so much to me.
The food is always delicious, authentic, and satisfying, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Their pricing is fair, especially considering the quality and generous portion sizes. I’ve been coming here for years and still remember when the Dogo Regular was $4 just three years ago. Like everything, prices have gone up, but for what you get—it’s absolutely worth it.
If you’re craving real Sonoran-style tacos or hot dogs, this spot is a must. It’s become one of my go-to places for comfort food that reminds me of home.

Food is just amazing. Definitely worth the price! It is a small hole in the wall place that I would normally pass by because it is hot dogs. Well this one is definitely worth the stop in to try the hot dogs and the baked potato. I have eaten to-go and dine in, either way the food quality is fantastic. The buns are so soft, hot dogs are absolutely loaded with toppings, tortillas are great, and the baked potato is so hard to find under the mountain of cheese, meat and other toppings.

Customer service friendly. Quick to respond and greet customers. Wasn’t very busy. Small place with few tables. Easy to read menu with pictures and prices. Food was good. Wasn’t amazing but it was okay. Ordered one hotdog loaded with cheese, bacon, jalapeño, bean, meat. Tacos and birria tacos. Crinkle.French fries. No salt. Good fries. Descant prices for food. Again the food was good just not crazy delicious as I was expecting. Service was great.

Absolutely wonderful food! We were definitely surprised to see how generous they are with the toppings and portions. Our food tasted so good. My husband got a bacon wrapped hot dog stuffed inside a chile relleno smothered with cheese and a lot of goodness. This place is definitely worth the money.
