Honest review!!!! I got the “tamale torta with chicken” and a half dozen of the tamales (jalapeño and cheese)
It’s different and great! The chicken is well seasoned, I just wish the torta was a little bit more loaded with a bit more items and there was plenty of salsa that was included, I like it spicy ️ and the salsa roja is good putting the heat level about a 3. Now for the star of the show!!!! ⭐️ The tamales are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! (Rajas con queso) a good amount of both ingredients and the masa is perfect!!! Will I be back?? Absolutely!!!!

The customer service was great and the food tasted mid but I’m 90% sure I got food poisoning from the food truck location. After eating the birria Saturday evening I developed severe stomach cramps and other symptoms and then was fine the next day. Everything points to food poisoning.

I recently found myself in a predicament of being hungry and having limited options available to me to satisfy that hunger. I was unaware at the time but the Tacos y Carnitas food truck was about to become the hero I needed. The staff working the truck were polite, patient, and happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. I finally settled on an order of Al Pastor loaded waffle fries and my kid ordered the Asada tacos. That first bite of the loaded waffle fries was absolute perfection. I proceeded to do a happy dance as I savored the remainder of the generous portion of fries. At no point was a waffle fry without topping. These fries are truly loaded with the pork being the superstar, as it should be. Both salsas that came with it were delicious but I favored the green over the red due to the heat factor. I never did get to sample the tacos because the freeloader ate them while I distracted by my waffle fries but she assured me they were excellent. I eagerly look forward to dining with you again Tacos y Carnitas!

Let me tell ya’ll I was in Fairview couldn’t find nothing to eat and remember this food truck was parked at the gas station so I drove there passing up every restaurant and came here and I was not disappointed at all the food was so good so fresh hot made with love please try them out you will be highly satisfied chipotle ain’t got nothing on them!
