Delicious! Amazing food. Rice and beans is a must! The gentlemen was polite and excellent at his craft. Thank you so much. We look forward to coming back for something different. Your menu incredible and impressive. The atmosphere is pretty cool I’ll admit intimidating at first and then you see the beauty in the simplicity and natural wash behind it. Great job. I had the best tripas tacos of my life! They were crispy and super tasty. As discussed with the very nice owner, they were pan-fried, not deep-fried, which is why they had so much taste. Crispy and yet moist. I highly recommend!

This is one of our favorite food trucks in Santa Fe. The food is always great and the portions are generous. It’s behind the main buildings of this property, and not visible from Cerrillos, but it’s worth the effort to figure out where it is. I’ve posted a new menu that the owner brought out to us a couple of days ago, so it’s current as of January, 2026.

I’ve been going to La Fe for years, and haven’t found a better taco than Sergio’s Pinches taco. And I’ve hit a bunch of spots all over this state. Trucks, brick & mortar spots, doesn’t matter. Nothing has even come close to the pinches tacos. Don’t think about it, just go there and get them. You can thank me later.

I’ve been coming here a few times already and as a small business they own they deserve a worthy note. Good well portioned food for what you pay for. Personally, normally I call before I pick up so I can just grab and go. Was recommended by my uncle who worked with the State DOT; Now I’m recommending it to those who reads this review.

Good spot for a quick lunch and great value! The tortillas were amazing and the pico is nice and fresh. I wish the meat for the Asada tacos was a little less tough but they are full of flavor!
