What a perfect experience! We stopped for tacos and found wonderful food and desserts and wonderful service. The birria tacos were to die for! Fresh everything including wonderful green salsa and birria dipping sauce. And don’t forget to try the elote! Yummmmmm!
Across the road is the dessert truck where we enjoyed the delicious horchata and an amazing Biscoff shake and a churro shake. The entire area is so cute and clean. I can’t recommend this place more. Loved it!

Decent food, but crappy service and a crappy attitude from the snack bar attendant. All I asked was that maybe next time someone makes a pickup order over the phone, to let them know beforehand that there’d be 2 separate transactions between the 2 trucks for certain items. It’s inconvenient (esp when pregnant and dealing with gait/back issues) to have to walk back and forth, then to your car to get your card for a second charge. Then to comment “no one’s complained before” (maybe not to your face) & “you don’t have to come here”, after I’ve been going there since it first opened and my family’s pretty much been one of their best/most consistent customers for years, was extremely rude and unnecessary. Very surprised at this interaction and will for sure not be going back.

Been meaning to try them for years, finally did the other day. The ingredients were fresh, and the pictures look just like you see online so that’s a plus.
Understand I got there at 6:30ish pm. But I got the chicken Tacos, they’d get 5 from me if they had cooked the chicken to order, but it was dry. BUT, I completely understand, and I would definitely come back closer to opening. What made me still give them a 4, is the flavor, and freshness of the toppings. Made it worth the money.Beans were nice and hot, and the rice was pretty well seasoned.
My significant other had the Quesabirria Tacos. Perfect amount of char on the taco. Was flavorful enough, hot, and fresh.I may be biased, because I can handle spice, but I think they can stand to season the birria and the juice more, but I also understand they run a business that’s got to cater to the masses.
Also, a +100 for customer service. My girl said no fresh onions on her birria, and when we got it, she had grilled a few onions so they weren’t crunchy. Its the little things that matter.
So,completely honest review.
I am impressed by the freshness of the ingredients, (Remember 6:30ish to 7pm)all the food was hot and fresh, and overall the taste was there.

I’ve had a lot of tacos but these are definitely at the top of my list. Hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Absolutely loved it, I got the birria tacos with an order of elote. My wife got the chicken tacos and our order was about 20$. Amazing amazing food.

The BEST Birria tacos I’ve ever had! The woman at the front who takes your order is a star as well! I’m not from here, I just happened to spot them close to the hotel I was staying…I’m so glad I did.

Just tried Taco Xilitla for the first time today. I was out running errands and needed something quick…. not only was the food prepared in less than 5 mins, but the tacos are devine!!! Salsa Verde made the already delicious taco even better! The meat and cilantro were so fresh. Prices seem very reasonable. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with this taco truck, and I look forward to our next encounter!!

Second time coming to this taco truck as I usually go to Salsitas. First time I ordered 5 street tacos extra cilantro and lime (had neither). I go again today to get 5 street tacos and try again maybe they were busy (but this time I call ahead of time and they told me they were almost out of things last time and that’s why they did it) I come in today and they give me 2 HALFS of 1/4 lime after telling me they only do so when low. When I tried to go back and get more he then told me “I don’t know what to tell you” not to mention our quesadilla is burnt. horrible customer service.
