I had the mole from Tacos Trinidad and wow it was amazing! The flavor was so rich and deep, with just the right kick of spiciness to keep it interesting without being overwhelming. And the handmade tortillas? Literally perfect. Soft, fresh, and the ideal match for the mole. You can really taste the love and tradition in every bite. If you’re in Stockton and want real, flavorful Mexican food, this spot is a must try. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

I am happy to find a good taco shop. Great service and clean environment but feels homey.
I got two carne asada tacos and 2 al pastor; the pastor was the best I’ve had in a long time. The tortillas tasted amazing, the salsa was pretty good, and the quesadilla carne asada was delicious.
The cheese they used in the quesadilla was sooo good – not the cheap kind of cheese some other places use.
I will be back to try their breakfast and other options!

I found this place while I was on my way to Pixie Woods, and I’m so glad I did. Their food is fantastic, and it’s really well priced. Highly recommend giving them a try. They also have Taco Tuesday specials which is a huge plus.

Chewy is the new owner of this place and was very nice and gave us personal attention to us during our first time dining there. The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the service was fast and friendly. The dining room and restrooms were clean. Nice outside patio for dining, but the sun was too direct when we dined, so we ate inside. Decor is sparce but clean. We will definitely be back and recommend you go try Chewy’s Taco Trinidad. You won’t regret it.
