The only Taco Bus in Rexburg worth going to. I’m a repeat customer for years coming back to this bus for excellent food over the years after graduating from BYU-I in 2014. My last visit last week included a torta and several carna asada tacos.

This was my first time eating at Tacos Tepito and I really liked it. The drive thru feature makes it convenient to order and the wait time wasn’t very long. The young man who helped us was also friendly. We ordered steak and chicken tacos. The chicken was very good and I liked the steak tacos with no onion. They provided us with red sauce on the side and two juicy limes. I wish they had green sauce, the red sauce wasn’t spicy enough for me. I will be eating here again in the future

The service is good and it’s a super creative idea. The food however is really bland. The carne asada tacos have so much (cuerito) fat. We also tried the Milanesa Torta and that was really underwhelming. Not like anything back in Utah, we expected more flavor. I’d say if you’re visiting, it’s an interesting stop but don’t expect too much.

This review went from a 5 star ⭐️ to a 0 if I could. We went buy to purchase tacos like always, & my husband asked if we could purchase a side of rice and beans for our young daughter. The lady had ATTITUDE said NO pointed at the menu and said we only serve tacos. Okay will could you make just one bean taco and will purchase it she said “ I can’t do that here ” I was so so angry but I held it in having my baby with me, so it’s just the attitude that had me mad she then said she’ll charge us for the side of rice/beans after no to everything! We got our order, and just a to see my daughters “sides” were tossed into the bag and beans were linking out into the paper bag !!!!!! I didn’t feed my daughter the food and we tossed all the food into the trash GOD will handle her & her Business. “Vieja muerta de hambre, asco eres !!”

The best tacos I had in a while!!!
I ordered tacos de adobada, lengua, cabeza, carnitas. Each taco had the right spice and the right amount of meat. Reminded me of my hometown in Mexico City.

Delicious except 3/4 of my burrito had the fatty part of pork meat. I love a good taco truck.
