On our trip to the South, we stopped at this easy Mexican restaurant, which didn’t disappoint, especially after being in the US for a week already, which is much about huge portions and not always a great taste.. Therefore this place was a blessing. The salsa’s and the guacamole, tasted great but I can’t say that I know much about Mexican food, even though I’m a foodie and have been to Mexico, but this place is worth a small d-tour. Super nice family run large restaurant (for European standard).

Honestly liked eating here a lot for the past few years. However, something just feels off! I realized that every single time I get the lunch or dinner special they still charge full price and then some. Feels like I’m getting ripped off Everytime I eat here. So officially done eating at this restaurant. Not to mention the food is pretty much always cold. More importantly though I see my bill and scratch my head. Like a burrito will cost 11 dollars for the lunch special. Then next thing you know they charged 20 for the burrito. So beware of your bill.

When we drove by and saw this place, we decided we would come back for dinner on the way back through. We have been to their downtown Roanoke location. Both places are fantastic!
The margarita was beautiful. I wish I would have taken a picture before I removed the straw paper that was swirled around the straw.
The salsa and the sauces that come with the meal are delicious. The chile relleno, enchilada and taco were classic and authentic, along with the quesadilla, which was enormous. It was all very good.
The art on the walls and the painted chairs are beautiful! The restaurant is so clean. It is a nice place to be. It was pleasantly comfortable. The staff were so friendly and attentive.
Also, $2 beers? Whaat? We’ll be so glad to come here again.

A really good taco place staff was very friendly. Food was in the right portions and was out quickly. Definitely recommend for anyone eating downtown Salem.

Ordered first and last time online. My wife said if this had been her first Mexican food she would never try that again. We tried it because it is more convenient to our house, but this was by far tge worst Mexican food I have ever had.

We had a terrible experience here. First off, not 1 waitress was fluent in English! One lady had to bring her phone to me to type in what I wanted so she could translate it. So, you should know Spanish if you plan to eat here. Secondly, My daughter ordered a grilled chicken and cheese quesadilla, came out as steak. Sent it back after finally getting someone to understand what we were saying that she wanted. Came out fast and she still couldn’t eat it because the chicken wasn’t done. Third, apparently they warm their cheese dip in the microwave because it hardened before we could even finish it. Last but certainly not least, when we went to pay my boyfriend told the lady about said quesadilla and that he wasn’t going to pay for it. The cashier rolled her eyes at him, took it off and right before he started to pay with his card SHE ADDED IT BACK! All around was a terrible experience.

I never leave reviews but will for this place. Bad experience. Each meal came out at a completely different time, half of the food was messed up, no drink refills, took forever to receive everything, etc. and on top of everything, charged a $30 tip for themselves. Will not be going to again.
