This place has the best burritos hands down! I decided to dig in before I could even take a picture of it lol. There’s a bar here and the indoor dining area is super nice. Workers are very friendly too! This is my boyfriend favorite spot to take me for lunch/ dinner. I definitely recommend tacos lupita! specifically the 505 broadway Lawrence location

Went there to buy one quesadilla, one burrito and one taco and find out to review this place.
The amount of meat in the quesadilla is the size of meat in a taco or less.
The meat in a burrito you are literrally eating RICE & BEANS
Quesadillas are with as little or nothing of chesse and meat.
Tacos are the fairest food, considering they add rice and beans at the plate.
Food flavor is just “ok” at least al pastor.
Prices are “ok” not cheap but not expensive obviously..

So very happy theres a Taco lupita in Lawrence Beyond delicious especially the Birria tacos and loaded nachos covid precautions are followed by both workers and patrons

Went to tacos lupita like we always do… mind you we come in all the time.
It’s taco Tuesday babe wants tacos instead of a burrito… signs all over the store saying $2 tacos.. so we order bae gets 3 tacos I get a burrito and we get 2 drinks. Tell me how this lady charges me $30 for this when a burrito is $7.99 and tacos are 2 bucks a piece and the drinks are 3$.
That’s $20
Where’d the extra $10 come from?

I hope The owners read my review. I been going to the Lynn and Haverhill location for years. 10 out of them across the way. But today I was very disappointed in the service and food quality. The employees treated us as if they did not want to be there and our entire order to go was a disaster. The tongue taco was so salty I could not eat it. We got a roll up tortilla for a quesadilla. Had to toss, and the list goes on. It was dinner for 7 of us and we had to share whatever was good out of our food. I’m only posting this, because the location is new and the owners need to know before it turns into something bad.

the service has greatly declined. the man who makes the order always has a terrible attitude. the prices posted on the wall ARENT THE PRICES THEY CHARGE. they are dishonest about the prices. the quality is not good enough to justify paying so much, especially considering they will ALWAYS skim you on the meat. I’ve been going for 10 years and I’m never going again. subpar

The first couple times i went to this place I absolutely loved. The customer service was good even though they do rush you when u get to the front. After a couple months i dont know what happened but the service is terrible. We stopped going to the lawrence location bc the serving portions were inconsistent. They barely give a scoop of meat but if u ask for a little bit more they’re quick to charge double when what i rlly wanted was the right amount of one portion. I’ve gone plenty of times and know who the staff is. Today i went and asked for a little bit more rice bc the dude literally gave one grain. I’ve seen him a lot of times and when he does my burritos they come out small and thin. Like im not even joking it is not worth 7 dollars when this guy makes it. He wears a backwards hat and he’s thin and scrawny. He goes and tells the cashier to charge us for extra rice then runs away to the back. Turns out this idiot is the manager/boss no wonder he’s so rude. Every time there’s a problem when he’s taking our order. I’ve been to the lowell location and they are incredibly nice and accommodating. The restaurant itself has a better vibe and is way cleaner and bigger. I dont know who owns all the locations but they need to inspect the Lawrence one more often and switch out the entire staff. I’ve only ever worked customer service myself and even in the food industry too so I’m usually very patient and understanding with staff but enough is enough. That man is the main problem but all of the staff has an attitude problem. I really want to know if someone owns all three locations cuz id love to have a serious talk with them.
