I absolutely love Mexican food and always looking for a new spot. While traveling for work in a small town called Fillmore in Utah who would have thought that the best Birria Queso tacos , rice and beans I ever had was from a food truck in this small town. It says the restaurant is closed and it is but they converted it into a taco truck selling thee best street tacos. I live in Vegas and travel the country and now every time I’m at a Mexican restaurant I compare it to the food I had at Tacos Los Panchos and it doesn’t compare. So if you are driving past Fillmore and you are hungry do yourself a favor and pull off the freeway and try this taco truck, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Absolutely amazing food!!! Avocado was fresh, chicken tacos were very flavorful. Everything we ate was delicious! True authentic Mexican food. Which seems to be hard to find in Utah.
Definitely will come back next time we’re traveling through!

Such a convenient and delicious food truck stop between Salt Lake and Las Vegas. The shrimp taco was incredible, so much shrimp. The mild green sauce was a little spicy, but really flavorful and salted well. My husband got the asada tacos and said they were the best tacos he’s ever had. The service was super fast and they even put some lollipops in the bag for our son, which was sweet.

Really good homemade food. There was a pretty long wait to eat because a lot of people were passing through.
The chips were really good but the portion was small and they didn’t give them to us until they brought our food.
The beef tacos were actually arne asada steak and had really good flavor. The birria tacos were yummy. The bean and cheese burrito was super delicious. Their beans were made with white beans and were really good. Nice for a break from fast food but the wait was about a half hour for our food

We were on a road trip and decided to go somewhere local. This place was perfect!
The food was fantastic and had good vegetarian options. The seasoning and cheese was on point. This is nothing like any chain restaurant.
The atmosphere was good enough to shoot a movie. The TV was playing ‘cowboy channel’ in the background which I had no idea existed. The decorations were fantastic and fit the Mexican restaurant in the western United States feel.

We stopped by on our way to Southern Utah for a camping trip. We were glad that we did. All of the tacos were so flavorful. If you are driving past Fillmore at any meal time you should stop by. We tried the asada, adobada, pollo, and camaron tacos. The shrimp taco was larger than the rest with avocado on top, this the higher price for the shrimp taco.

Stopped here on our way home to Orange County from Salt Lake City. The food is delicious! Great break from fast food. I got the shrimp taco and my family got asada and chicken tacos. They even have Horchata which my daughter loved also!!! YUM!!! Totally worth the stop, close to Highway exit and gas station next door for convenience.

Mouth watering goodness! Best pit stop, hole in the wall ever! Recommend the shrimp burrito, but everything is excellent! We will no longer stop at Carl’s Jr. to eat on our road trips!

Wow – this is best Mexican place in 20-30
Miles range. The restaurant is setup at their garage and you see how they cook it. The place is well maintained and super clean. Can recommend their food more than anything – so happy we got to find this hidden treasure !!

They have done such a good job with this little space! The food is great, they have some outdoor spaces to eat with tables and even a little wash station. They were also kind enough to make us a meal right as they were trying to close! Thank you for taking care of us!
