Food was super flavorful, I usually get worried about my pastor burrito because some people tend to dry it out but this was moist and super flavorful, I had a asada taco and it was flavorful itself, the green salsa is really good too. I’m gonna be making this my go to now.

Best quality meat and best seasoning I’ve ever had at a taco truck… Maybe any taco in general. They blew up on TikTok today so they were out of most of their “signature” stuff but even the regular stuff was amazing. The Al Pastor in particular had some really nice subtle and unique flavors. The hint of charcoal flavor to all the meats set this place apart. Suuuuper nice people too!

Hands down, some of the best tacos I’ve had! I tried the Papa Loco with Carne Asada, and it was SOO good. Honestly this taco spot beats Tacos Los Cholos they have outstanding customer service at Tacos Los Musicos a true hidden gem have different schedule on weekends and some menu and yes it can get price but the quality of meat and portions is well worth it
Charbroiled meats so mind you is only 2 guy running this is taco stand please be patient they cook the meat as you order it so it can be little overwhelming for some but is worth it and my mother loves them definitely coming back

Tacos Los Músicos is an absolute gem! The meats are so fresh and cooked perfectly — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. When you take a bite, the meat just melts and pulls away so easily. I tried the short rib and the salseado taco, and both were outstanding. The seasoning, the texture, and the quality are on point. Easily some of the best tacos I’ve had — highly recommend stopping by this truck!
