I stopped here after watching a TikTok and after a Hospital visit for my baby. Ordered 10 tacos and a quesadilla for my me, wife and two daughters. When we got home I bit into the first taco and felt a hard piece, thinking it was a piece of bone I spit it out. When I spit it out it turned out to be a sharp piece of metal. I checked it with a magnet and its metal. We did not eat the food because of fear for injury so we threw them away. The trompo was chewy and the first appearance of the place was sketchy. You can see multiple flies all around the restaurant and the place is old and smells moldy. What if we would have swallowed this sharp piece of metal.

Trompo is real trompo like in México. They have a self serve station with all the toppings and salsa I really enjoyed aswell. Don’t sleep on the fresh lemonade. Wide variety of snacks at checkout all the ones I bought were very good and fresh not stale.

Place was really clean. The lady that attended me was really sweet. I think her name on the receipt was Perez. I ordered the trompo tacos. They were really delicious. I recommend coming on Tuesdays or Thursdays for their 1 dollar trompo tacos.

Food was a 8/10. Food was fresh, HOT AND good! The frijoles charros preparados was 10/10, it just needed a chile but it was really good. I read the reviews and I was nervous that I would get cold beans, NOPE not the case. You have to try the beans. I had the barbacoa tacos and they were good, meat was really tender, the tortillas had a good flavor. You serve your own cilantro, onions, salsas and limes. The meat is a good amount. My son had the torta 9/10, my husband had the Gorditas de trompo and carnitas 4/10 they were dry, crispy no toppings in the Gorditas literally just meat in a pocket of a tortilla (totally needs improvement).

This restaurant is the best in Fort Worth. The food is amazing with a great customer service from everyone. Great prices. I love this place! I keep coming every week for the amazing tacos al pastor. Also, the customer service is the best! They are super nice and friendly.
