DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
Twice we’ve order $30 worth of food from them when they’ve advertised they are open and we show up and the truck is not there! I just went through my account and confirmed the first time this happened they DID NOT reverse the charge!
They also do not answer their phone so now I have to physically drive to them everyday to see when they actually show up to attempt to get my money back.
This is theft! Absolute terrible business practices.

Staff was friendly if not a little soft spoken. Food was ready fairly quickly. I did enjoy the Burrito, it was well seasoned, with freshly fried french fries in my Cali Burrito. A nice overall distribrution of ingredients. The thing that really threw me off was that the “carne asada” was ground beef. Very strange. Not sure if there was a miscommunication but I have never seen ground beef be used for carne asada.

The food is great. They just show up when they want and have the hours listed like they are open. Really disappointed they are consistent with their schedule or atleast update when they are closed.

Was looking forward to trying out a new taco food truck for the first time in Chico, my go to is always carne asada torta. I saw Tacos Locaso on East avenue and thought I’d give it a try since they weren’t busy. But I was highly disappointed…I know every truck is different but I asked for hot salsa and I got mild, I was looking forward to having tomatoes and avocado like most taco food trucks have in their torta (all I got was what looks like meat, lettuce, mayo, and maybe some beans) and it was definitely unappetizing with the bread being burnt. I even left a tip, I will never return. Thanks for giving me a burnt torta with mostly meat and lettuce. Definitely don’t recommend this taco food truck.

Idk what’s up with the bad reviews. But I got a chicken quesadilla and it was SO good. Like real authentic food. So I just wanted to let anyone know to not let these reviews deter you from trying this place. I happen to try it while i was at CVS. Only “bad” thing I guess I could say is that the quesadilla was only a half size, not the whole size. But it was only 9$ and usually a full quesadilla is like 15$. So it’s all good. Glad I stopped by and I’ll be back!

Just ordered carne asada nachos. Brought them home and was so disappointed. Store bought chips with no seasoning, cheese was way down in the pile of chips, salsa was so much, I’m so disappointed as I buy food from them at least once a week and have enjoyed everything I’ve ordered so far except for the nachos I got today. I had 4 bits and threw the rest away.

Delicious! Way better taco truck than most around Chico! A lot of flavor, at very good price for the quality. Recommend the carnitas tacos and the California burritos!

Very small portions. No worth the $$. I also asked for some limes and jalapeños there very stingy. They gave me 4 small jalapeño slices and a piece of lemon. wish they open a tacos el Limon or El Penolero instead.
