This is the first time I have ever tried this food truck. I was reading the reviews and saw how they responded with dignity to a negative one and decided to try them. OhMyGoodness oh it was so delicious. Their green salsa is: “a little goes a long way” for a heat sensitive person like me, but it was delicious! I had the asada tacos. The meat was delicious, the grilled onions were a great touch, and I can’t get over the homemade tortillas. I don’t think I have ever eaten at a food truck with homemade tortillas. This truck was clean and prices are clearly posted. The asada tacos were $3 each. I rate this food truck as a solid 10.

bro this was so good i cleared it before i could take a picture & probably the best quesadilla WITH A HOMEMADE TORTILLA i’ve ever had and it’s just in the middle of nowhere i might have to come back i live 5 hours away they need 10 more locations pronto and look at this burrito my bf got it was also gas also they have tables with umbrellas and it seems really clean

If you are looking for Authentic Mexican food this is the spot. Food is 10/10. Tacos are made with fresh handmade tortillas and homemade salsa. You can’t forget the agua de horchata. I definitely recommend this place!

Another display of food artistry. Sight, smell and taste all combined in this delightful plate. Huarache de pastor. The flavor is off the chart!! No need for salsa as the grilled jalapeño adds a little spice, if you like a little heat in your food. They even provide lime slices for your water or the Huarache itself . Great dish!!
