This is a taco truck at a former gas station. There are bathrooms here, inside the building, and they are clean. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating here. The food is delicious, and prepared quickly. The service is straightforward. There is a salsa bar with everything you need, inside the building. We would absolutely come here again.

Pro tip: pay in cash. It helps you, it helps the owners of this food truck, and it makes everyone happy.

Worth the stop off the highway! Neat set up, you order at the food truck outside. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. There is a small salsa bar inside with topping options for your tacos and food. Excellent flavor in all the tacos. Tried all of the meats. The enchilada is a mole sauce, I didn’t look close enough at the menu to notice the handwritten mole on it. Mya mistake. That being said, it is a different flavor profile, but still good. Chicken is tender and flavorful.

Nothing special. The reviews make it sound incredible, but it was just okay. The tacos were okay, made better by the salsa bar, but the burrito was not good. Still a good place to stop by if you ever find yourself in Green River! Definitely still the best option around.

I don’t know what kind of burrito I ordered, but it cost $19, really. Literal highway robbery :'(

I ate a T-bone two nights ago in Green River, and a sirloin last night, and spent just a few more dollars.

Food was amazing and we are harsh critics of street Mexican food!!! Cabeza and lengua tacos were where it’s at!! Asada and carnitas tacos were still excellent and the pork tamale was delicious. Can’t go wrong eating here!! Worth the price as well.

Not good at all. I know there are not many options in such a remote town but it still doesn’t deserve all these high reviews. The chicken and lengua had a musk to them that those of other taco stands usually don’t. I also got the pastor nachos and it was just fiery spicy and acidic with no other flavor to them, and the cheese was just cheap liquid nacho cheese. Pretty highly priced as well.

Horchata tasted Rotten the food was horrible and soggy I’m a local and ever time I go to eat here it’s taste bad and the lime has hair in it at the salsa bar the salsa looks like it’s been there for awhile and they wear no gloves while touching all these peoples food very gross.

Its alright, I was hoping for better tasting food due to the reviews hyping this place up ! Its not bad but its not the best. I would not purchase the tamal again the vampiro was just a soft quesadilla. Tacos are solid and chile relleno was great.

I can’t imagine eating anywhere else in this town. These folks are doing it right! I had two tacos and a chile relleno. So delicious! Service was kind and quick.

I wanted huevos con nopales but I didn’t realize it was a plate and I was driving. They quickly offered to make it a burrito. Super sweet. The burrito was just was I needed. It tasted so good. Definitely recommended!
