I mainly get the Quesabirria tacos. They’re great. But be aware that even though the tacos are shown with the consumé, it’s an extra $3 for the cup. So it’s $8 if you want it as advertised, $5 if you just want the taco. Just want people to be aware because it’s one way on the truck and another way when they ring it up. But that’s the hustle I guess. Can’t be mad at ’em

Health department should definitely be involved I eat here shortly after I had fever and got a deseas where left me unable to move or talk. Not to mention they had a 12 year old working. Took 1 hour and 40 min for me to get my food and it was unwrap im still recovering I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I’ve tried many tacos around Reno and these are probably my favorite. I always order asada and al pastor tacos. The meats are well seasoned and the meal comes with grilled onions and gilled jalapeños. The truck is only here certain days, usually weekends and they seem to be somewhat inconsistent with their times. They also don’t start cooking your order until you’ve paid, even if you order on the phone. It can be kind of annoying with the 30+ minute wait at times, but worth it overall.

One of my Mexican American friends who is a Cali transplant recommended this spot to us. She said their food is the real deal and she was so right. We’ve since gone back several times. Excellent street tacos! Parking is weird though most just pull up and wait in their cars after ordering or stand outside. Yes the service is slow but we usually leave with no less than 10 tacos so it takes awhile. I like to practice my spanish here “cinco tacos asada sin cebolla por favor?” seems to work, nice little spot.

The wait was too long for 6 tacos they told us 15 minutes. Yeah tight it took 40 minutes and it wasn’t even as good as people hype it up to be. I’ve had way better tacos with less wait and nice customer service. Unlike the rude guy at the window yelling at me because I asked him after my 15 minute time frame if my food was ready and I tell him it’s my first time and last time I go to his place to eat and he says who cares people like this do not deserve business they need to learn how to treat their customers correctly not with arrogance I would give this place no stars if it was my choice

The tacos are amazing! La Bufa shows that food trucks are getting better and better. The meats are seasoned perfectly, not too greasy, and overall very good. The service is fast and friendly. Compared to other food trucks, this one is a bit pricier, but definitely worth it. It is located right in front of the Peppermill, so its very easy to find. The fact they are open late makes it all that much better. This might be my new favorite food truck!

Went here on June 27th at about 8:30pm. Ordered the Buche and Carnitas tacos. They were great. Around 11pm started getting a sharp pain in my stomach. Tried to sleep through it but kept tossing around. At 2am I was in the toilet with diarrhea and vomiting. Now it’s 8am and I have a really bad fever. Won’t be going here again.
