I ordered two carne asada tacos and the beef quesadilla special. The tacos are so full of the carne that I got full off that. And the quesadillas are delicious. The rice and beans were perfect – not hard- and everything was cooked fresh. I highly recommend.

My family and I mostly come to dine here for their breakfast ️ because it’s the best, especially the Desayuno Tipico y chilaquilles. However, we do ask the waitress to make our coffee a little stronger ☕ whenever we go there.

After having been to a restaurant that had a very similar name, my GF was drawn to giving Tacos La Balita a try. Walking in, the dining room is split into 2 areas, each pretty small. The staff is very friendly and said hi as soon as we entered. We actually ate here 2 times in 2 days, it was that good. The first time we ordered 2 chicken & egg tacos, 4 beef “street” tacos with cilantro and onion & 2 tacos al pastor. My GF loved the al pastor so much we went back the next day, again. I enjoyed the beef tacos the most, day 1, and I ordered the Chiliquiles, day 2. The Chiliquilies were delicious. I got it with green sauce and eggs over medium and I would highly recommend that dish as my favorite. My GF got tacos the second day, but ended up sharing my chilaquiles, the dish was that good. The restaurant is on the casual side so go in expecting delicious food & low key atmosphere.

A rustic diner at Beechnut. Known to serve the best Mexican dishes in the area. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their soft tacos and quesadillas are superb. They also offer other Mexiacan dishes such as menudo and galdo. Order the chico size for sharing. Definitely worth the experience to dine the Mexican way. Will come back to try the other dishes.

I ordered 3 kids breakfast with small drinks and a typical breakfast with a medium drink. It came out too 66 dollars without tip, I felt it was too expensive. And then I asked for potatoes and they gave me french fries. And the bacon was not good at all.
