My favorite Mexican food in town. Love Tacos Jalisco and even as a food truck they have stood the test of time outlasting many brick and mortar restaurants. They do what great restaurants do… provide a simple menu and do everything well! Love the steak tacos and steak burritos. Plenty of steak and large portions. Highly recommended… best steak tacos in a town that has plenty of Mexican food options!

Yes it’s a taco truck, yes it’s on the side of the road, and yes it’s absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the lengua and buche tacos! Both the red and the green sauce are amazing and have tons of flavor. Be sure to stop here!!!

It was a great place amazing service, the food was delicious but not amazing, it was a lot better than some I’ve ate but not up with my favorites. The meat was delicious but had a lot of big clumps of fat and it was definitely running down my arm. But still was a little under seasoned in my opinion. And the toppings tasted more like hydroponic grown lack of pizzaz. The flavors weren’t as rich and deeply authentic as I had hoped for. But I wouldn’t pass them up if I’m passing by again because it was still good at a fair price($3.00 per ) they were out of horchata but let me get a Jarittos and gave me the difference in price back so honest and hardworking as well. 5 stars on all but taste that gets a 4 star so about an average of 4.67 ⭐. I would recommend to try for yourself it’s not a disappointment but if your expecting that truly authentic spicy kick just know it’s tamed down for those that can’t handle too much spice in their life!

I really wish these tacos and food had spice, it seems like the food is numbed up to a very Caucasian flavor. I grew up in a Mexican neighborhood on the south side of Chicago and really enjoy authentic Mexican food. This is definitely it, minus the flavor…

I live out of state and had not been here in a few years. I happened to be driving through Warsaw recently and was excited to see they were open. I introduced my son to Tacos Jalisco for the first time. I had a burrito and he had the tacos. The food here consistently meets my expectations for authentic/quality Mexican fare and is a good value for the price.

This place has the BEST tacos in town seriously! They won best taco in kosciusko county!! If you haven’t tried then you’re missing out on some delicious food. Their taco truck always sits on Detroit St. next to Advance Auto Care and they have picnic tables out in the summer. Great food at a good price.
