The tacos were delicious. I ordered Birria Tacos, Queso birria tacos, and al pastor tacos. Excellent. The al pastor had excellent flavor and a delightful combo of juicy meat and crispy bits.
The couple were very nice, spoke English and Spanish, and explained the options nicely.
As a food truck and I ordered in winter I appreciate that they have the vibration pucks to let you know when your food is ready.

Asada quesadilla tasted good, but they forgot to add the salsa.
The chicken tacos had a good flavor and were filled nicely.
The carnitas tacos were pretty dry.
I asked for both salsas and assumed they would have put them in little cups, but I read they just added both salsas to the tacos. The red salsa was pretty darn spicy.
