I get their carnitas street tacos about once a week! I love them and they taste delicious! Located in a good spot off Lashley and E. Rogers Rd. Affordable , they give you what you want and I always ask for extra limes with no charge !! These people are nice and friendly but they need more outdoor seating. So I usually just take if and go. Great food!

Best tacos in town! I have been a Tacos GTO customer since 2017, and they never disappoint. My parents are from Guanajuato, and I can confirm that the tacos here are the closest to the tacos in Guanajuato, Mexico. Needless to say, the food at Tacos GTO is delicious and authentic. It’s like a piece of Mexico in Longmont. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend them.

Food is pretty good been going to them for awhile for pretty decent regular tacos…. Now they said they raised prices… $23 for just 6 plain tacos…? That’s insane….. the price used to be $14 that’s a huge difference. Will not be going here anymore. HE SAID “Because of the New year we changed our prices.” Oookaaay

Best tacos I’ve had so far in CO. Both of their salsas were surprisingly good too! Just be prepared to wait in line for 10-15 minutes. This food truck is popular and for good reason.

BEST TACOS IN LONGMONT! The barbacoa here is amazing and the tacos are such a good deal at $2.50. Plus they give you free chips and salsa and play Spongebob in the dining room. This place is a gem.

I’m from California/ Mexican America. I grew up eating barbacoa. These are the best barbacoa tacos I have ever had period. The meat is super tasty!!! And the tortillas are soft and yummy.

Was daydreaming about asada burrito during Bible study and checked to make sure this truck would be open at 8 when we got out. Convenient spot right down the street from our house and my burrito was EXACTLY what i had been wanting. Was only like $8 and the char on the meat was perfect with the spices they used. Green salsa on my burrito had me wanting more! I finished the other half of my partner’s barbacoa with red and green salsa and it was good as well. Will return- already thinking about trying the torta with either asada or carnitas YUM! No pics we ate too fast.
