I have a relationship with this taco truck. The people here know me by name and know exactly what I like. I love their asada and adobada tacos. The adobada literally tastes so good it’s one of the best placing others in the dust. The asada flavor is very nice and subtle at most which is good for those who hate too much seasoning.
I eat anywhere between 4 to 10 tacos in one sitting. These guys always make my food in a timely manner. Yes, I see some people get frustrated at the wait but believe me it ain’t easy to cook 10 orders fast in front of you. I’ve made tacos before and taco meat is very sensitive to handle. I’m surprised these guys haven’t messed up any of my food considering how busy they are. One thing I can slightly complain is that sometimes, quote “sometimes” the meat portions are light. I won’t deduct any stars because that’s simply not worthy. They still taste amazing nonetheless. Thank you Tacos Garcia for the awesome tacos!

I got the steak & chicken tacos, tender meat. The green sauce complimented the meat nicely. Hubs got the steak torta, avocados were fresh & the bun was pillowy & soft. A friend got a Cheese quesadilla, it was browned perfectly. 3 bottles of Coke. Was ready in about 10 minutes. Employees were friendly The Taco truck in front of Viera’s bakery in Pasco on Burden.
Went back again, I ordered 3 adobada tacos with avocado, my daughter got the chicken burrito. I could drink the salsas, they are delicious! Green is fresh, thick, & slightly spicy…the red is a little hotter & has a smoky, chili, slightly bitter flavor that compliments the tacos prefectly.

Great burrito size, meat is pretty salty which I love, easily the best salsa of any truck in tri cities. 10/10. The parking sucks when it’s busy and I wish they would reopen the one in west richland. Fantastic food overall highly recommend.

The food tastes bomb!! But they keep forgetting items that we paid for every time we visit. Like this last Friday they forgot a $4 side of rice. They seemed really busy and I think there was only one person working. Their tostadas are HUGE and my favorite now. Just gotta double check our order and make sure we got everything whenever we order from this place from now on.

Amazing food. Friendly service! Sauces were absolutely delicious. Not very greasy for being a taco truck, fresh ingredients. Im full, not bloated and very satisfied! It can be a bit of a wait but the food is worth it! My husband and I both got 4 tacos that were 1$ each, a combination plate and 2 drinks after tip we paid 32$. Reasonably priced! Plus its right near a La Conchas bakery!!!
