This place is an absolute gem! The food is incredible and the atmosphere is authentic and welcoming. Be prepared to leave smelling like delicious cooking oil if you dine in, it’s part of the charm. Every cent spent here is worth it. The tacos are fabulous, the tortas are amazing, and the meats are cooked perfectly. Haven’t tried breakfast yet, but that’s next on my list. I’ve been here more times than I can count, and I love this hole-in-the-wall spot. That’s usually where the best food comes from, and this place does not disappoint!

This place by far has the best tacos I’ve had since living in Texas! I was born and raised in Los Angeles California and have missed quality authentic Mexican food! I’ve lived in Texas for 10 years and this is the best Mexican food I’ve had!!! My picky kids also loved it!! My whole family has never agreed on one restaurant and we all walked out of there raving about the food! I will definitely be making the 45 minute drive to come eat here again!!!! We had Al Pastor tacos, chicken tacos, beans, quesadilla, bistec tacos, barbacoa tacos. The agua de jamaica was amazing too! We took pictures after we started eating lol

This place is tiny but the flavor is HUGE.
I ordered the birria rolls. It was very filling even though it was only 3 rolls.
My SIL ordered the Mexican burger. It was massive. You get so much flavor and food for your buck.

Hidden gem. Best tacos in Waxahaxhie. The food was made fresh and very delicious. It was flavorful, and authentic. The owner was very friendly, and was quick to make the food. The chips for made to order and the salsa was not afraid to have leave a kick in your mouth. Great food for a decent price. Will definitely be our go to spot, we only tried the tacos but I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

First off the gentlemen who owns the establishment is one super nice man. He will go over and beyond to accommodate and keep his customers happy. This alone would bring me back ever time. The food is really good and more on the authentic of Casual Mexican foods. Definitely tasty and filling enough to get you through the day. The place is clean and is small only has 3 tables to eat at. Most of their business seems to be delivery and carryout. It’s quite and peaceful, good place to sit and read, do homework or have a personal conversation.
The location is in the heart of downtown Waxahachie. One big plus is that they serve Mexican Cokes’s!

Super friendly service and good prices too. Atmosphere 3 stars only because they either don’t have a vent-hood, or it doesn’t work as the place really smelled like grease-we inherited this smell on our clothes as a result as well. As for the food, it was tasty enough however very greasy. Son had the juevos rancheros that again were good however nothing memorable and for sure the side of potatoes were of the inexpensive frozen variety. I didn’t get a picture of my sausage and egg quesadilla, again it was good, but could have been less greasy. Pains me to write the review as it’s clear that they care about customer service – they checked in on us during our meal twice – and it seems that so many really like this small family owned restaurant. 4th star provided for those reasons….

If you have not been, what are you doing!? Run over and grab a Picadillo Gordita, any of their burrito bowls or my personal favorite-their Birria Tacos The rice & beans too!!!! Truly anything I have tried here has not disappointed So Grateful for this family owned & operated business!!! Truly the BEST!!!

This place is a hidden gem! Their food is authentic, and delicious every time. They have the best quesabirra’s in Waxahachie, in my opinion, but I have tried most places in town. The staff is always friendly and greets everyone with a smile. They do have a small location, with very limited seating, so just be aware if you plan to go. It’s more of a to go kinda spot, but there are a couple tables inside and outside, too.

Amazing service amazing tacos amazing people I absolutely enjoyed. This is what a Taqueria is supposed to be. This is what good tacos are everything about this makes me happy 10 out of 10 would recommend five stars at a five stars. Definitely eat here again.
