Bad food and bad service. We’ve ordered from here a couple of times, and each time there’s was always something wrong. The first time, I ordered from Asada Fries through DoorDash and when my food got here, the styrofoam was basically melted into my food, as if the plate had been microwaved. When I called the restaurant to let them know, they said they couldn’t do anything because it could’ve been from the person delivering. But this next time we decided to go in person, and when I got there, the cashier was on the phone having a whole conversation with her friends or something, and we’re just standing there waiting on her, and when it came to taking our order, she kept walking away each time she would talk instead of helping us out completely before walking away. I had to get this girl back to the register 3 times to fully complete my order. Anyways some time passes, like 10 minutes, and other customers who were there before us ended up leaving because their food was taking way too long. Finally our food is ready, and when we get home, after all that waiting and bad service, we find that the tortilla for our burrito was burnt and they tried to hide the fact by using the other side of it as the outside, and also the fries in the burrito were not cooked all the way through. Both times this restaurant has displayed a lack of care in the quality of their food.

You order at a counter but it’s priced like a sit-down restaurant. The food is ok, but very slapdash and made from mostly precooked ingredients, so fast? The soda machine was sporting several out of order signs but the whole machine had no c02, so instead of refillable drinks we were given glass bottled one offs that are of course tasty but no diet. The girl at the counter was extremely short with us, rude, snarky, and walked away twice during us placing an order. It’s connected to defunct tchotchke shop on one side and a convenience store on the other side. $75 for 4 basic food items and drinks left a bitter taste for this location.

Today I wanted to try the pozole and it’s the smallest bowl I’ve had of pozole and it was just not for me. It was the size of a house key. See picture. I seriously need pepto bismol. Feel like I’m about to throw up. Not joking. I have to drive home 2 hours nauseous. Not recommended to order pozole. Besides that the cashier was cool. I wont eat here again.

Extremely hit and miss – 99% miss. Forget about ordering online, they completely ignore instructions. Tonight I ordered delivery for a chile relleno, some tacos and enchiladas. The food was horrible. The chile relleno was literally 2 inches long. Like a mini pepper. It was very dry and extraordinarily salty, which tasted gross. Both enchiladas tasted bland, hardly any flavor,,small meat portion. The tacos were made with hard tortillas, the pork meat was tasteless and extremely dry – overcooked and hard to eat, because the meat was hard and tough. I kept hoping the quality of food and service would improve with each visit. But instead it got increasingly worse. Awful quality food, bad tasting, and the staff completely ignores notes on orders. Thoroughly disgusted at this point. A waste of my money. I’ve also seen on the county website this place has had many food safety fails. Now I’m even more grossed out.

Super bland food, guacamole tasted old. the Lengua was foul and tasted spoiled or unwashed would not recommend this place. The horchata wasn’t even horchata it was hibiscus tea. And it’s way overpriced for the quality

Felt like having tacos and I happened to be in the area so tried this out. I got a carnitas taco and a chile verde.
Carnitas was pretty good with the right amount of lemon and salsa.
But tge chile verde was not as good, meat was dry and real chunky, but hey that might be how some like it.
But overall I’ll go back

Not the easiest to find, by the Cypress Car Wash across from a Walgreens. Not fine dining, not fast food. In my humble opinion, currently, the best breakfast and lunch Mexican food in Visalia. Very clean.

75$ later and beyond disappointed. One reviewer said it best – this is take out food, at restaurant price. There should be no tip when you essentially serve yourself all they do is clear the table.
Food was unbelievably bland. Waitress smirked at us for wanting lime and gave us lemon with no explanation. Super rude and short with us and our questions – no customer service.
We ordered two adult meals and one kid meal and three drinks. After BUYING our son a drink, she said one came with the meal. So we had a free drink that we didn’t even know about until after ordering and half their soda machines were out?
My son and husband got cheese enchiladas. i got a salad with chicken. Never seen a place fumble that so hard or charge so much for disgusting food – I am sympathetic ti the economic hardships… Hence my review because people shouldn’t waste hard earned money on this waste.

This food is not even pleasant to eat. I ordered 5 tacos with asada with onions and cilantro; something simple. I didn’t even get cilantro. I was the only customer there. Sauces are bland and simple; hardly any taste. I now know why is not busy. Horrible tacos!
