I had the taco dinner ..Mexican Sausage ..Chicken ..Veggie.. rice & beans ..Consume with meat .. the tacos were ok .. they only have soft shell so no hard shell tacos .. the mexican sausage was a bit dry but when dipped in the Consume it of course made it more moist .. very small portion of beans but a decent scoop of rice ..they give u a green sauce in a cup & red sauce in a bottle ..that green sauce has a nice kick to it …price point was decent plus its open 24 hrs a day … OQ

I have passed this place a thousand times, until I de died to stop in. It’s always the things you pass by that end up being the best! The restaurant’s cleanliness including bathrooms, staff, and of course food is a 20/10! We’ve had Quesabirria tacos at a few places but this place by far is the BEST! Their consumme, is also great, and you get a nice filled cup of it. Their other items on the menu are great too including their horchata to pair with any meal. Did I forget to mention this restaurant is also 24 hours!! It doesn’t get any better than that. You all have a customer for life now.

I went to dine in with a party of 13. I understand they charge 18% gratuity for parties of 4 or more—that’s understandable; I work in the restaurant industry myself. But when our check came out, it had a 25% gratuity, and their explanation was, “Oh well, you have 13 guests.” Nowhere on the restaurant’s policies does it say 18% for 4 guests and 25% above 4 guests; it just says “4 or more.” I’m very disappointed they tried to steal from my family and I.

There are other places in oak park to get tacos, but none are open 24 hours. My recommendation is unless this is the only option choose somewhere else. Decided to give this place a try again after 1.5 years since I tried it last. Things have not improved. Ordered tacos Al pastor dinner. Meat is still dry, still can’t get orders right (I ordered no onions due to a dietary restriction… it was almost as though they put more onions on it out of spite) and the consistency of the food is best described as chewy like rubber. The sauce has decent spice and the rice wasn’t terrible but that was the only highlight of the meal. No issues with the staff but the food just is not very good. Like I said before, unless there is nothing else open (IE 3 AM) can’t recommend.

It’s 3:28 am into Saturday morning and I was shocked to find a place this nice was open and seating for dine-in! I had a chicken taco, brisket taco, chips and salsa, horchata and flan. the chicken taco was insane! It was marinated in a special spice and the homemade salsas were fire! I would highly recommend this spot for a late-night bite (even though they can’t serve alcohol after a certain time).

Excellent tacos, gorditas and tortas (haven’t tried the burritos yet)! Flavorful, authentic, and large portions. A great bang for the buck. The service has always been really good too (helps if you know a little Spanish with some of the servers). We’ve eaten there 4 times now. We will go whenever we are in town (we are from NM) – which is 4 times/year.
