I had no intention of eating anything so late when we got to the hotel in Long Beach, but all my co-workers kept talking about was this truck so it had to be done. I got the carne asada burrito $7 and asked for the spiciest sauce on the side, which was guacamole. It was SO hot, but I couldn’t stop doing it to myself! I will be back as soon as possible and order a side of nachos or something too! My friends ordered the carne asada tacos and said they had been waiting for them all day! Truck was clean and customer service was wonderful.

This place can and has been good. The problem is it’s hit and miss. The service is awesome and they have built up a following. Taco’s, Burritos, Torta’s and French Fries are on the menu along with others.

As you can see, my chicken tacos were a bit greasy tonight, but this is not always the case. There is a little salsa area where you can add what ever you want to your tacos, oh they have non-alcoholic drinks too.

4 tacos will set you back $10 but they fill the taco shells completely to the top with enough meet to probably make two more tacos left over.

I ate my first Torta Asada here and that’s all I ever order when I stop by (without mayonnaise). I like having a “grease truck bite” every once in a while (like once a month at the max). The customer service is on point. They take all forms of payment. I’ve never seen flies flying around near the truck. I always enjoy the Tortas even though a corner of the bread sogs if it’s eaten without the wrapping and not at a proper angle with the wrapping on (at least in my experience eating them).

I’ve tried too many trucks to count. This here is a real restaurant in a truck. Nothing tastes cheap. The service is unbeatable. Sauce is what you expect when it comes to good taste. I cannot find a better spot for cabeza meals here. It’s not cash only! They’ve been feeding me for 2 years now and I’ll always come back to this spot.

This food truck stole $2,600 from us. My fiancé caught them in the act and assumed it was a mistake. He politely asked them for a refund and for the correct amount to be charged. They would not refund us. Stay away!

Predatory practices! Prices aren’t listed so they can charge you whatever they want. It pains me to leave a negative review because I’ve been a customer since this taco truck was located at pine/ocean. Today I paid $17 + card charge on 1mulita 2 asada tacos and a jamaica. 3.50 per taco =$7 mulita $5 and drink $5 ? It’s ridiculous for a taco truck! Jamaica was watered down, and the food was the greasiest it’s ever been. Never eating there again. Save your money and go to a restaurant.

Decent tacos, but not what I was hoping for. You see a trompo with pineapple on top on their truck logo, but that’s not what you get with the al pastor taco here. The taco was good, just not what their advertising suggested. I would have loved to have had pineapple on it. It was also really, really greasy. Like, pouring grease. Still not bad, but not what I was expecting. I’d definitely eat here again, though. Just bring wet wipes for your hands. You’ll need them for the grease.
