I really wanted to like this place since they replaced Tacos Tijuana and it was my go-to spot. Ordered the carne asada tacos but the meat was soooo fatty, I ended up throwing them away. Not sure if I just picked a bad day to order from there, but it wasnt enjoyable at all. Also ordered the pork asada fries, which were decent. Worth a try but there are better places to go.

Amazing Tacos, the tortillas seemed like they were made in house, fresh. The salsa had heat, as well as flavor. The adobada tacos were the best I’ve had in a long time, definitely a spot to check out. I’ll be coming back too

Best al pastor tacos de trompo in Phoenix! I was worried the quality might drop when they transitioned from a food truck to a restaurant, but they’ve stayed consistent! I’m from Prescott and sometimes I’ll go to Phoenix for errands, and if I have time, I always stop at Tacos El Rojo.

I stopped in today and tried the asada and the pastor tacos . They were so delicious!!! The people were really nice and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. you could tell it’s family owned. I also noticed that it’s super clean in there.. like pristine. Exactly what you want from a restaurant. Will be back soon !
