Great customer service, food came out fast and tasted delicious! Got asada tacos with grilled onion . The pineapple juice was so refreshing and had actually pieces of pineapple. Will come again and try more from the menu!

I had an incredible experience at El Roble Mexican Food Truck. The food was absolutely fantastic — everything tasted fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. What really stood out were the green and red salsas. Both were amazing in their own way: the green salsa had a bright, fresh kick, while the red salsa brought a deeper, smoky heat that paired perfectly with the tacos.
You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. Every bite was packed with flavor, and it honestly felt like some of the best street-style Mexican food I’ve had in Knoxville.
